Since nobody gave any feedback on what I should level up, I decided to let it recommmend what I should use, so we could progress farther in the story. Just to add in what I have changed now.
Demolitions, Stealth, Awareness, and Security have all moved up to 5, and Persuade has been moved up to 1. Also the Gearhead Feat was added to Graves now.
So moving on, Trask and Graves leave the bridge and try to head to the shortest route to the escape pods. But the next door they opened revealed another dark jedi. Trask knows they would easily be killed if they tried to fight him, and they wouldn't be able to out run him either. Out of desperation and, Trask decides to sacrifice his life and buy some time for Graves to make a run for the escape pods, going to the longer route. Trask sealed the door off so that way Graves couldn't be foolish enough to help him.
You have no choice but to press onward by yourself. As you head into the next hallway, Carth Onasi once again calls you on your radio communicator, telling you that you are close to where the escape pods are now and he is waiting for you there right now. He also mentions that Bastila already went into one of the escape pods and that you and him are the only ones that are still alive on the ship and that you need to hurry. He also warns you that there is a sith trooper close to you and you should use your stealth cloaking decive to avoid him. Graves does just that and easily sneaks past the trooper who doesn't seem to notice anyway. But as you head in the next room, two troopers could tell something was up when the door was opened by itself and they started attacking.
Of course, the troopers aiming skills were just about as good as a stormtrooper and they were no match. You are only one room away now from making the escape pods, but Carth once again warns you that are a ton of Sith troops in the next room and you would surely be killed by them. He did tell you there are two alternatives to killing them though. Repair one of the elite republic patrol robots to murder all the troops or hack into a computer terminal and see if there is some way to kill the troops with that. Because of Graves stats, his repair skills are far surperior to his hacking skills so he repairs the robot and then it goes in the next room, easily killing all the troops. You finally reached the escape pods were Carth is there to greet you.
He tells you there isn't much time left and they need to get in the last escape pod where it will take them to the planet below. They both got in the pod, and after 5 seconds when it launched, the endar spire blew up into pieces. As soon as the pod hit the planet Taris, Graves immediately blacked out. Graves had a brief dream at some point of a dark jedi fighting another jedi, but he had no idea who either of them were.
Graves wakes up from a bed and looks around to realize he was in some type of apartment, that looked like it was old and dusty. Carth is there once again to greet him and told Graves that he was unconscious for a couple of days and was beginning to wonder if he was going to be alright. Carth was telling him that when the escape pod crashed, you were knocked but he wasn't, so he was able to drag him to his abandoned apartment before the Sith troopers arrived on the scene. The Sith quarantined the entire planet of Taris so that way no ships could leave or land since they were doing it to try and find Bastila.
Graves then asks why do we need to risk our necks for Bastila in the first place, and Carth tells him its because she has a rare power that most jedi don't have which is called battle meditation. Battle meditation has the ability to influence allies to fight, and make enemies lose the will to fight. She also is considered a legend because she killed Darth Revan, who lead the sith army at one point, until Darth Malak took his place after his death. Carth says the mission right now is to find Bastila first and then find a way to escape the planet afterwards, since they cannot let the Sith capture here. Since the Sith are only looking for her, they will have the advantage to move around the planet without being hunted down by Sith.
While you were unconscious for a couple of days, Carth was staying up to date on any news about the escape pods and learned that most of the escape pods crashed in the undercity, which is probably where they need to start. Graves asked more about Revan and Malak and explained that both were once jedi that both turned to the dark side during the Manalorian Wars, which was a war at the time between the Republic and the Manalorias. Nobody knows how they turned to the dark side, but it was bad for the Republic because a lot of Republic soldiers and jedi joined the dark side because of it.
Graves wanted to know more information about Taris, and explained that they were in the upper city right now which is a nice place to live because there was hardly any crime if you were fortunate to live up here. The lower city is more dangerous though since its overrun by gangs who are at war right now and innocent civilians have been attacked before. The undercity is just a wasteland overrun by mutant monsters named Rakgouls that attack anybody on site. Carth tells Graves that even though they need to head to the undercity, it might not be a bad idea to prepare for what they might have to face and check out other areas on the way.
Graves and Carth both decide that they should head out and use this abandoned apartment as a base. Carth also leaves a warning that they have to be careful because there is still ways we do not know about the Sith, and that the dark side could do terrible things to a mind such wiping away your memories and destroying your identity.
UpdateIn this game, you can have up to 2 companions to travel with you. As we get more, I can let you guys also decide on who you want me to use. Sometimes companions will try to influence what you do, and will either approve or disapprove of what you do. Carth is our first companion we have right now, so we will use him for a while.
The currency in this game is credits, and so far we have
51Back to the gameAs soon as the duo leaves the apartment, they notice a sith trooper with two droids interrogating two duros (aliens). When one of the duros's says something back, the trooper immedately shoots him and notices Carth and Graves and Republic fugitives and attacks them on sight. They were no match for the duo though, and were easily killed. The other duros that was still alive tells Graves that he will hide the bodies so that way if more Sith show up, they won't notice anything.
Now we are at our first decision of the game. The exit from the apartment complex (#7 on the map) is one way we could go, or we could stick around a bit longer and explore some of the apartment rooms to see if there is anything worth while. (#4 on the map is where the abandoned apartment is. So what should we do?
A. Leave the apartments and press onward
B. Search the apartments and see if there's anything worthwhile
