Good. Now we can only hope that every other suspended player won't go to court and drag out the process for six months. As if general suspensions are somehow comparable to this. Brady was suspended on the idea that he was aware of an alleged wrongdoing. He was suspended for not cooperating with an investigation. Those two things have never happened to a player in NFL history. Brady didn't file his case in New York, this was the NFL's genius idea to go to court...

Nfl just announced they will appeal this to second circuit. Que the premature explanation of why that won't work before we even know the grounds.
