CB is a big need, i just think that the value of DEs and OLBs are worth more with a top 5 pick, and not as much for a CB they can still draft a CB in the 2nd round, which alot will be avaiable CB is the biggest need. However, it should be filled with the highest draft pick, regardless of it is worth or not i think it has more to do with value honestly. if the colts pick lower, then i think they go amerson. but i would say they take robert woods over him too

IMO, Logan Thomas is nowhere near a top 5 talent, but you are probably right that he goes in that range. Everyt team wants to reach on a qb even if it will set them back several years i dont see why people dont like logan thomas. i understand he hasnt played QB that much, but he managed to keep that team intact after tyrod taylor left. maybe hes not someone ready to start in week 1, but i think he can be fine

Have you ever heard of this analysis? sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/john_lopez/07/08/qb.rule/index.htmlIt is basically an evaluation for qbs based on starts, wonderlic and completion %. Figured you might find it interesting. thats a good piece of info you got there. i was surprised ryan leaf even had a score higher than 10 thanks for the info kj

We still have Pryor.... and until he is proven or proven wrong we will stick to him. We have other needs that we will address next year in the draft first. QB is on the back end of the need list.

When he came in he was all blow and go. But he has had only good things to say about both Palmer and Pryor. Which makes me happy as i have high hopes in both. I think the only issue right now with Palmer is his age for Reggie, but unless we get Bray or Barkley i dont think he pulls the trigger and gets a QB. We may go RB though... as DMC will be coming up on his contract year next year. I like TJ, but clearly the team isnt as fond of him yet. They showed that by bringing in Goodson as #2

They showed that by bringing in Goodson as #2 the age isnt a problem for palmer. its a matter of learning to not throw the ball so hard sometimes. his games last year were amazing. but the interceptions didnt help. he overshoots some of the people. if he doesnt learn to stop doing that soon, there could be a problem i also see OL as a problem due to the massive amount of penalties they had last year, and maybe a new ILB if mcclain is gonna be gone soon

LB is a major area of concern, i do honestly feel Burris helps us out there, but we still need a few more good backers. As for the OL, I want to wait till after they switch to Knapp's ZBS and see how they do, a lot of the time last year it seemed like players were confused on the calls and were using the wrong snap counts (a big part of that is a new offense setup in a year with out an offseason) so i want to be a bit more lenient. A big part of that is also because otherwise they did make huge improvements over what they have been in years past.
Palmer i think makes leaps and bounds in getting better with the raiders this year, again because of an offseason. I cant flame him for anything considering he came off of the couch half way through the season. Do i think he will be like 2006? Honestly it would be nice, but no i dont think so. But with us, he doesnt have to be, he just has to be solid. DMC will do the rest as long as he is healthy (Which agian, i think he is this year due to the surgery and the fact that the type of injuries revolved around the area he had repaired and i think last year it just finally went all the way and has been fractured awhile. AKA the infamous turf toe he had since college)

I like the Landry Jones pick I don't think Fitzpatrick is the answer either, Jones could learn under Fitz for a year or two to develope.
