I personally would LOVE to try a Juicy Lucy...or a Jucy Lucy...however you want to spell it...apparently there is a war over it down in Minneapolis. It is a burger with cheese melted in the middle. I also want to try what I saw was called a 50/50 burger, where it is made half with ground bacon and half ground beef...that sounds heavenly.... Half ground bacon. Probably alone here, but that's even more disgusting that bacon on top of burgers, which seems to be like 75% on some menus. Fuddruckers is still the best burger I've ever had and its not even close Gordon Ramsay has a burger place here in Vegas I really want to eat at. Its probably going to be ridiculously expensive so hopefully it won't be a disappointment Only had Fuddruckers once 15+ yrs ago in Billings MT, was just okay, so who knows by now. It's nuts what people will pay for a decent burger these days - $20 with tax, tip and a Coke. Something I can make for $4 very quickly. lol EDIT: I'd say anything Gordon Ramsey was associated with is a very safe bet. Maybe not cheap, but he understands everything about valuing stuff (EDIT: IOW, IDK it would be crazy expensive). You know you're getting a good meal at least. I would recommend giving it another try if you get a chance

I would recommend giving it another try if you get a chance Would love to, but the closest one is 50 miles away, in Newark, DE. The next closest is 2 hours away in Hershey PA. Would you believe there are 3 in Billings MT?!? We have almost 50x their population.

My wife and I use to love Red Robins, now not so much. Especially since they've been really stingy with the bottomless fries I'm not sure if my pallate has changed or if our experiments with multiple restaurants has made burgers less tasty and satisfying, but I really don't have a taste for them much anymore.
And if I do, get this, I want cheapo burgers from fast food restaurants like Hardee's or Sonics. There's something delicious about them. They seem to be jucier and loaded with ingredients that mesh with the beef. Where as the gourmet burgers taste like beef with veggies on top.

I used to really like red robin but now the only thing I like from there are their onion rings, still the best I've ever had I think hadrees is the same as Carl's Jr and if so I think they have the best fast food burger. Sonic has a pretty good burger too, much better than McDonald's, wendys or burger king

Any ideas?

Never got to try Red Robin yet. None of you probably heard of this one since most of its locations are in Ohio, but Frisch's Big Boy serves some damn good burgers IMO. Most locations are in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana though. There is a few in California and even one in North Dakota. That's about it.

Any ideas? Its weird because I grew up in Utah and they had Hardee's there but then they all closed down and about 5-6 years later Carl's Jr popped up. Maybe the brand name didn't on the westside of the country so they decided to try a new name?

What they advertise here is that they serve 100% black angus beef. The reason I like them is because their patty is a nice portion, well seasoned and its not greasy at all. One thing that gets me the most is a greasy burger
