Yeah I might try to watch it on my phone, but probably not. Nothing would shock me in terms of a trade down, we have a 2nd, 2 3rd's, and 2 4th's already so we are in fairly good position when it comes to mid round draft picks. This redshirt philosophy has worked out really well recently, so I would expect to see more of the same this year unless we are talking about a great player. We made an honest attempt to add another outside receiver this offseason so I wouldnt be shocked if we targeted one early. I would almost be willing to package a 1st and a 2nd from next years draft to get Leonard. The Pats dont usually listen to me though. lol Leonard Williams. Your right the guy sucks.

With Grissom pats now have 4 good edge rushers and 3 good interior rushers. Basically confirms my idea of bulking up the front 7 instead the secondary.

A lot of really good RB's left in this class and I am pretty confident we will take one early on tomorrow.
Clemmings, Collins, and Jackson were all first round talent IMO and I would like to snag one of them.

Very happy with our draft. We made major upgrades to the front 7, also added two really good interior linemen, and one of the best LS to come out in a long time(which was a much needed upgrade after the poor LS we have had the past two seasons).
I expect either Colin Mccarthy or Brandon Spikes will be signed sometime within the next few weeks.
Not sure if Mccourty moves back to CB, but it wouldnt be a bad move if it happened IMO. People forget Mccourty was a probowl CB in our zone heavy scheme. When we tried to play more man coverage he struggled. This is going to be a zone heavy team this year. Either this secondary was extremely deep last year and the majority of that depth still exist. No we dont have the two big name guys, but we do have several really good ones. Butler was very good all of last season and one can only expect he will continue to progress in his second season. Logan Ryan and Alfonzo Dennard are two solid CB, and Kyle Arrington consistently ranks out in the top 5 in the slot. This secondary will be ok with a good pass rush.

Spikes is visiting New England today, strong possibility he returns.

Pats also hosted Dane Fletcher yesterday. It would be great if both guys returned. Fletcher had a lot of potential before he tore his ACL.

Good chance Pats sign both Fletcher and Spikes, although it isnt going to happen until after May 12 as it would affect their 2016 comp picks.

Pats have released LB Cameron Gordon and recent free agent signing CB Chimdi Chekwa.
I really have no idea what the plan is for the secondary. But considering Arrington, Dennard, and Chekwa have been released it wouldnt shock me to see Mccourty play CB this year, considering how highly the team feels about Duron Harmon at Safety and how well Chung played last year.
