According to ESPN, Cleveland.com originally reported that the Cleveland Browns could be facing league sanctions for the actions of GM Ray Farmer, who allegedly texted Quarterbacks Coach Dowell Loggains from the front office down to the Press Box, questioning play calls, the quarterback play, and use of personnel. Texting is a violation of league rules prohibiting electronic communication during NFL games. If the texts are determined to have been used in a manner to provide an advantage on the field, then the Browns could be facing a loss of Draft picks, a team fine, and GM Ray Farmer could face a significant suspension. That franchise is a mess. By the way I love you're profile pic, Noll doesn't get enough credit he is easily equal if not better than what people think of Belichick today.

They are last years raiders. They need a complete roster rebuild and now they don't have a GM to do it.

It may be an advantage if other teams don't do it, but why is it a rule in the first place?

Again I'll take the same side I took with the Patriots.
1. Wait for full story 2. More power to em if they found a way to cheat 3. Stupid rule
