Arkansas isn't a top 120 program.

Their top 3 is good imo. Arkansas shouldn't be top 10, although they do deserve a spot in the top 25. 1. OSU 2. TCU 3. Baylor 4. UCLA 5. USC 6. Mich St 7. Oregon 8. Ole Miss 9. Georgia 10. Notre Dame Just a guess. And some of the teams can be argued. Also, before you guys ask (because I know you will), no on Alabama. They lose Cooper, Yeldon, three OLinemen, and their QB situation is still a mess. Not to mention their defense was exposed vs OSU. It's weird to say, but Alabama legitimately looks like a rebuilding team for next year. They still deserve a top 25 preseason ranking no doubt. But they don't look top 10 heading into next season I think.

And it's not like they won't bring in new talent.

Everybody else is gone. Henry will be good at RB for them, but literally all of their WRs are unproven, so is the majority of the OLine, and their QBs suck. On defense, their secondary is somewhat of a mess (although getting Eddie Jackson back from injury will help) and OSU and Auburn proved they need to get faster at LBer. You don't rank that in the top 10 for next season. They might very well play their way into the top 10, but they don't deserve to be there preseason imo. I also disagree they were the second best team. TCU was better. Oregon arguably was, as well.

I just don't think they should, and I don't really think that's a biased opinion.. They basically lose -everything- on offense, along with four players on defense including Landon Collins and Trey Depriest. I just don't think it'll be as easy for them to reload this time around. Saban will probably make me look dumb at this time next year though.

Well first off, I'm flattered you think Arkansas is top 25. #4 is kind of lol but it's not entirely out of the question we get there...highly unlikely though. As far as Bama, you're right but it's not the first time they've lost a lot of starters, and only once have they not been a top 10 team..so I don't think it's fair to not call them top 10. Until they prove they're not, they are. I haven't checked but I assume a top 3 recruiting class again? Meh. Maybe TCU. But Oregon got slaughtered by OSU. Bama could have won that game had a couple things gone their way. OSU was the better team though. Still undeniably top 5.

I don't believe we should rank Alabama high just because of success in recent years. I mean, in that case you could say the exact same thing about FSU being top 10. Amari Cooper was literally the only reason Alabama was able to move the ball through the air. Now Cooper is gone, so is Blake Sims who was their best QB (but Sims was still pretty bad). Now they're without Cooper, they will have a QB likely worse than Sims, and an OL which is unproven. I'm not saying they will be terrible, but there's a lot more questions than answers with Alabama's team. And I don't really care. That's just one game. Oregon was also without their two best WRs and their best CB. Alabama struggled against spread offenses, and especially spread offenses that use tempo and move fast. Oregon would've lit up their D just as bad as OSU or Auburn did, if not worse. Ditto for TCU.
