Falconfan7007 is going back to college, so he wont be active anymore. I'll be making all the Official Falcons season threads from now on.
After another disappointing season, this franchise begins a new chapter. Mike Smith has been fired, and Arthur Blank has made it clear that no one's job in the front office that he hasn't discussed already is safe. Blank along with Thomas Dimitroff, his consultant Joe Banner with his staff, and Rich McKay will analyze every single position of the Front Office to see who needs to go, needs to be moved, and who needs to stay. Ultimately he wants stability throughout and after this process, so we should not expect a colossal shake up in the front office. That is the state of the franchise as of December 30th, 2014.
