couldn't replicate it ? they obviously practiced variations of it all week. Since when would a guy spontaneously decide to catch a ball with 3 fingers, when its supposed to be so important to get a win and keep your NFL job ?

LOL where did I say the catch itself was staged? reread what I wrote again. I said they made it possible to get the yardage without the catch if he misses it. they do that with penalties all the time. That said , those catches aren't as fantastic as you think. I have used the gloves they use for fun and bought them off eastbay. That material is tacky and sticky like you painted your hand with adhesive. It stops ball rotation easily I'm talking to Beast here... So unless you two are in fact the same person, this wasn't addressed to you. Beast flat out said the catch looked staged. The amount of work needed to stage that would be absurd.

So one bad teams beats one mediocre team and all of a sudden everything you ever believed is thrown away? Notice the amount of times that bad teams win games... I'm sure one or both of you will try and say that is evidence of game fixing, but in reality (this cool place where most people reside) the disparity between good and bad teams is smaller than you might think and a few big plays, mixed with momentum can alter any game. nope, that's just some bull crap cliché you were fed to believe any outcome. You have absoloutely no clue how good or bad a team is. You just decide to believe the actions being played out on your tv and then make up some idea in your head as to why you think they are good or bad. So a team can lose 8 in a row and then win 8 in a row no matter what their rank is in any category or how unlikely each fantastic finish is. You cant have as many games decided in the last 2 minutes as they do in the NFL. Theres too many fantastic endings too often. Yes, you can. If all the games were blow outs you would say the same thing. The problem with your ridiculous thoery is that no matter what happens, you claim that it's too improbable. But really, everything that happens is equally improbable... you just latch on to something that apparently has some significance in your mind, when really it is no less or more likely than any other outcome.

Yes, they practiced throwing the ball just close enought within his grasp that he could only get three fingers on the ball while diving backwards, because a defender had just pushed him off balance. That was my favourite drill in high school practice.

This is just getting to be hilarious. The Beckham catch looked staged??? They couldn't physically replicate that catch in 100 attempts. You guys think that was staged??? Come on guys. I also find it funny how Beastified (MarvEllis) pulled a complete 180 and now fully agrees with ramjackson... Remember a month ago: What caused a change in the attitude? So one bad teams beats one mediocre team and all of a sudden everything you ever believed is thrown away? Notice the amount of times that bad teams win games... I'm sure one or both of you will try and say that is evidence of game fixing, but in reality (this cool place where most people reside) the disparity between good and bad teams is smaller than you might think and a few big plays, mixed with momentum can alter any game. Have you guys ever played sports in high school or at a recreational level? Do the better teams always win? No. Do people do things that seem to be beyond what they are typically capable of doing? All the time. I play a lot of soccer and in big games in big situations I have done things that I could never replicate again in practice. The adrenaline changes everything. This is really tag team trolling at it's finest. espn.go.com/video/clip?id=11946184

God forbid if you had to bring it into your body like a bitch sent from your moms bed

I wonder if the NFL uses the 2 finger catch this week, maybe they save it till the postseason.

Then it would be too obvious and more than one (make that two now) person would be able to see through the charade.

It's really not hard to understand. Show one really "over the top"catch so everyone pretty much doesn't notice the losses and give them a new face/icon of their franchise to get fans really excited for the Giants next year.
The Rams win 52-0 this week because of the Ferguson scenario. No other team has won that big this season.
Rg3 got benched so that they can move him to a bigger market for next year.
And don't even get me started on the Jim harbaugh fiasco. That is totally made up. No good coach just randomly "loses his team". After like three deep playoff runs? I think jim harbaugh is going to head to the jets along with rg3 to make a super team.
