Do you have it where players can only play for one team on your lists or can one player make two teams if they do enough for each team?
If you will put players on more than one team, I wish to nominate Moss to be in their receiving corp. I know he was only there for 3 years and a bit.
In those 3 years and 4 games he was with them he put up 3'904 yards and 50 TDs which is ridiculous and I believe deserves him a spot as an all time great for the Pats. However if its between the Pats and the Vikings its obviously the Vikings.

Thus I felt that Colclouth 126 games with the Patriots made him more deserving of a spot on this team than Moss's 52 games even though he wasn't as good on a per game basis

- Mike Haynes (HOF) is one of best corners to have ever played in the league and though he played with the Raiders later in his career, his prime was spent with NE. As good as Raymond Clayborn was, Haynes was the better player. "In 1997, he was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. In 1999, he was ranked number 93 on The Sporting News' list of the 100 Greatest Football Players. Haynes is considered by many football experts to be the best overall cornerback in the history of the NFL." Also a great kick returner, so you could save a roster spot there if needed.
- Tony Collins and Mosi Tatupu would also be on this team and while Kevin Faulk absolutely should be there, he isn't a starter.
- Irving Fryar - Jim Nance (the RB, not he broadcaster)
Most of the team is great. I think there are a few guys you can take out and insert here or there, depending on preference.

However this is your list and at least you are being consistent with how you make it!

Rodney Harrison?
And why would you put Steve Grogan over Drew Bledsoe as a Patriot? Even by your previous logic, Bledsoe had more yards, touchdowns, and a far lower interception percentage rating during his career with the Patriots.
Grogan also didn't play in more than 7 games in the final 7 years of his career. And before you mention it, "what if" nonsense doesn't count in the NFL. Steve Grogan didn't make a single Pro Bowl in his career. He had like one good season rushing where he had 12 Touchdowns on the ground and another with 5, but still. That doesn't put him above Bledsoe's ability as a passer no matter how you try to sell it.

Tony Collins is the #3 back. Fryar was the final cut. If I could have carried a 6th WR he would have been it. Jim Nance is the #4 rb

Corey Dillon? Curtis Martin? I think both should be ahead of Jim Nance for the following reason: The two runningbacks were obviously better, and the drawback is that they each only played three seasons for New England. While it's true that Nance played like 7, he only started 2 seasons at H-back and did well, but he was essentially a backup fullback the other years. For example, he only made it over 750 yards twice with the Pats, and Dillon and Martin both had nothing but 1000 yard or more seasons. I would take one of the two ahead of Nance despite their short tenures. Tony Collins wasn't productive in his Pats career at all either. I realize that he has more tenure than other guys, but he wasn't very good. It seems like the short lifespan of New England runningbacks dictated your thinking and made the team considerably worse than it could be.
And I mean, Randy Moss isn't even on the list. He probably had the most productive three year stint of any player, of all time. If he's not on the list I suppose these are just completely tossing out guys who didn't play with a team for four or more years? Is tenure the ONLY consideration, because it seems that way. Moss has more yards in his 3.5 years with New England than Gino Cappelletti had in his entire career! Nevermind his record breaking 23 touchdown season, a record that may never be broken. I don't think the Pats all time team would start their kicker from the 60's over Randy Moss. That's just not an accurate depiction of the all time team regardless of your criteria.

Mosi Tatupu was one of the best TEAM players in the history of the franchise. Good special teamer and solid in the backfield. Top five in games played for the franchise. Yeah, he should be there. Like Tatupu, Irving Fryar's omission is just a swing and a miss. One of the most talented receivers they ever had, and one of the top ten in games played for the team.

The team hasn't had a ton of great QBs, but those two were at times very good. Harrison should not be on this team. He's a Charger, despite his best efforts to make everyone forget.
