And even if it is not true I am sure Jameis will continue to provide us with stories to keep this thread active.

And for the record the initial report comes from TMZ.
I am not exactly fond of their reporting, considering most of it ends up being inaccurate. However their goal is to report as much news as possible and as quickly as possible and they succeed at that.

Is this an issue? It just sounds like good business.

lol. That story is so unbelievable. If a guy was good enough to tank like that on purpose in the first half and go on a 42 point run and win, on the road, on Thursday, against a good defense, against a ranked team, he would be the GOAT. But then again, I guess you could make an argument Winston IS the GOAT.

Is this an issue? It just sounds like good business. I am assuming it isnt legal in college since it isnt legal in the NFL. But certainly a good business move for a college football player.

If he is good enough to make those comebacks, then why wouldn't they just bet on himself? He is good enough to beat the spread then.
Why not just try both halfs? lol

It is raketeering college or otherwise. Watch the doc on BC men's basketball. I very much doubt this is real and I think it equates to that extremely fake Johnny Manziel sexual assault report last year.
Maybe I'm wrong, but this doesn't change my view on Winston, who certainly does have character issues outside of this.
