Also, I would have Evan Mathis over Todd Herremans easily.

Also, I would have Evan Mathis over Todd Herremans easily. He's a journeyman who has spent 3+ seasons with the Eagles. Nowhere close to Todd Herremans

He is a fricken hall of famer and the best RB in Eagles history. How in the world can you NOT have him on the team. I would take him over EVERYONE you have on your list.

If not how can you be sure he is the best running back in Eagles history? In order to make this team he'd have to be better than the 4th string running back LeSean McCoy. So lets compare the numbers
Van Buren: 1320 att, 5860 yards, 4.4 Y/A, 69 TD, 45 rec, 523 yards, 11.6 Y/R, 3 TD McCoy: 1309 att, 6095 yards, 4.7 Y/A, 40 TD, 293 rec, 2221 yards, 7.6 Y/R, 10 TD
McCoy have rushed for 235 more yards in 11 less attempts and has 248 more receptions for 1698 more yards.

You need to take into account what a player has done for a Franchise more than just what shows up on the statline. Steve Van Buren is a legend in Philly and a Hall of Famer. Sure, he doesn't have the numbers you expect, but he is a Hall of Famer for a reason. The NFL was also a more different game then than it is now, so comparing Van Buren to LeSean McCoy is asenine. It is a downright crime not to have Steve Van Buren on the Eagles' All Time roster. Van Buren means more to the Eagles' Franchise than McCoy, Montgomery, or even Westbrook. You look too much at stats. I have a feeling for the Steelers', you will have Eric Green, Randy Grossman, or Bennie Cunningham over Larry Brown at TE which would be a mistake.
