It lets me look. I have two espn leagues also. It's hard to talk on there. Anyway i think Brady is coming around. And he is Brady. Big up grade in my opinion over Hoyer and depending on what Cutler does it could be a match up situation. Cutler and his team mates are fighting. That's not good. You may want to do the trade. I didn't notice do you have a IR spot? ESPN lets you put out and suspended players there. You would have to cut one other but you do have a open bench spot. I think Oliver will be fine the rest of the year. Greens Toe may cause him trouble and slow him down. I think I would do it.

Okay, okay...BIG trade here for me possibly. Everyone in my money league has been trying so hard to pry my players from me. No joke. This latest offer is really hard to pass up though. He wants my AJ Green. In return, he wants to give me Josh Gordon, Tom Brady & Branden Oliver. I've already got two other great Wr's in Antonio Brown and Randall Cobb. I'd really like to have another viable Qb on my roster. Right now Cutler's my starter, and Hoyer on bench as his week 9 bye fill in against the dreadful TB pass D. Cutler has done very well in that league outside of last week's game, so I really don't "need" to have Brady. I'm worried that when Ryan Mathews returns in a week or so, that Oliver's role will strictly be a third down back for the most part. He certainly will be splitting up the touches and opportunities from what he's been getting now. Gordon doesn't return until week 12, and I have no idea how he's gonna play after all this time has passed already. Very tempting offer though, right? Accept that trade immediately. Quick, before the other guy changes his mind and cancels the trade lol. AJ Green has been injured a lot this season, and has only been good (but not great) when he has played. In return, you're getting Josh Gordon (who was the #1 WR in FF last year), Tom Brady, who is getting better every week, and one of the breakout players in Oliver.

Here's how I'm seeing it with my team...
Cutler has been very good there so far this season. Here's his stat lines there= 26, 33, 20, 20, 25, 28, 9. Last week was his only bad one. I don't think I "need" Brady. Just need to pick a good bye week fill in for week 9, and hope he stays un-injured. Cutler's week 9 Bye week replacement looks like either Hoyer vs. TB(I know, he had a terrible game last week)or Alex Smith who has a nice match vs. the NYJ that week.
Don't really "need" Oliver either. I already have Giovani Bernard and Rashad Jennings. Jennings should be back playing again by week 9, coming off his bye week. I have Joique Bell as my third Rb to fill in this week with a tasty matchup vs. ATL run D. Joique Bell had a nice game last week, dominating the touches, and I think Reggie Bush is still hurt. Should be fine there til Jennings returns. Oliver has flashed some great things, but I can't see that remaining consistent. Already fell off last week. Would he be un upgrade over Jennings? Need I dare ask even over Joique Bell? Haven't seen enough yet to trust Oliver, especially with how SD traditionally likes to play musical chairs from game to game with Rb's.
I kinda really like my lineup as is when everyone is around and healthy together...
Cutler Giovani Bernard Rashad Jennings(was right up there with leaders before getting hurt) Antonio Brown AJ Green Jordan Reed or Larry Donnell Randall Cobb as my flex
What does everyone else think? Would I be foolish to pass up a deal like that to keep what I have? It would immensely upgrade the talent level of my depth if nothing else.

Alright. I did it. I pulled the trigger. I REALLY hate to let go of AJ Green. One of the rare few players who gives solid production almost every week he plays. The depth I got on this move was just too hard to resist though.
Cutler had been doing well, except last week, and now there seems to be turmoil in CHI. Now I have the option to rotate between Cutler & Brady, depending on the matchup. Brady will get the nod on all matchups even remotely close.
Brady has been on fire over there, especially with the way some of the scoring bonuses go. Get THIS...he scored 63pts in this league week 6(most of any Qb there this season in one week), and 33pts last week. 10pt bonuses of TD plays of 50+, and 5pt bonuses of TD plays of 40+.
I can also add Oliver to the mix of Giovani Bernard, Rashad Jennings and Joique Bell. That's a good mix of quality depth there. I planned on starting Antonio Brown & AJ Green as my two Wr's, and had Cobb in the flex. Now I'll have A.Brown & Cobb as my starting Wr's, with Oliver or Joique Bell in the flex until Gordon returns. I think I made out well here in this one.

Taking Brees out and playing Hoyer is killing me. PLAY YOUR STUDS BONEHEAD! I would never have predicted that the DET defense would lay a JAX-egg--- and the JAX defense all of a sudden would think they were the Lions D. How the hell did that happen?

I know and Tate did nothing as didn't Jordon Cameron. I had them both. Donnell instead of Cameron would have won for me also. I played Sanu instead of Hopkins and that move lost it for me also. Crazy stupid game this is. I had L. Bell last night and needed 23 pts. He scored 20. Oh well I'm still 4-3 and in fifth place out of fourteen.

I said it before.....Always play your studs. Thats why you drafted them. Unless his name is Larry Fitzgerald. HAHA
I stayed with Brees in the GY league. I knew he would be ok. Hes Drew Brees. Just like I stayed with Rodgers against the Seahawks in the first game of the season. Sometimes it just dont work out. But 80% of the time it will.

@eddiej2010 Oliver dropped off last week do to not as much use. He still had a good game. But when you score three TD's and almost 400 yards in two games its easy to drop off. The kid is the real deal. But like you said who knows how he will be used.

No vote or trade approval? Went right through Anyway, you won in that trade. I take it that this is not a keeper league. Anyway, here are your prizes...
1) Brandon Oliver. Even if he's the main guy for only the next 2 weeks, you've got Joique Bell covered (week 9) and Jennings will be back by week 10 (Oliver's bye)
2) Josh Gordon. Fresh legs, and he will make Hoyer better, not that you'll ever wanna start him. His return week 12 covers you for Antonio Brown's bye (yay)
3) This one is obvious. Better option for weekly matchups compared to Hoyer
Looked at Green's new team. He's probably not even gonna play for another week or 2, so might as well wait for a healthy Gordon. He was starting Bishop Sankey too, while giving you Oliver (it would still be in your favor without him!!!), and just picked up BOTH Bryce Brown and Dixon, too little to late to stop the bleeding.

Yeah, you scored, Eddie. I hadn't played Brady from week 3 on until this week, starting Cutler instead, until I picked him back up off the WW where I'd dropped him the week before. For once my timing was perfect. Oliver's good for a while at least, and with a little luck Gordon will be the perfect playoff replacement for AJ. He'll have had a few weeks to get up to speed by then.
