Right now I have Cooks in. Brees tends to go off at home, and Sanders is playing in SEA, against a tough D. Not to mention, Welker's gonna play this week too. Does Welker's presence help or hurt Sanders?

Wait, Welker's playing? That definitely hurts Sanders's value. I'd roll with Cooks for sure.

It might be worth mentioning that Kenny Stills is back healthy now too, which could potentially hurt Cooks' fantasy value.

It might be worth mentioning that Kenny Stills is back healthy now too, which could potentially hurt Cooks' fantasy value. Stills is just a deep threat. His could definitely nab a long bomb this week and vulture points, but it's not overly likely. Very slight decrease in value. I think Cooks is gonna have a solid week.

Neither? SD attacked SEA over the middle with Gates. Look for J Thomas to get a work out-- not so much Sanders who will go back to lining up outside (against Sherman?) with Welker back in the slot. Cooks didn't get many targets in game 2 because (as MO points out) Stills is back. He's a WR3/4 in this offense. If I had to chose, I'd probably go with the guy whose gonna be on the field the more. Sanders?

Welker's presence will hurt Sanders in the absence of any injuries on offense. May not be by much, and the 12th man is not something to poo-poo. Is Kenny Stills really healthy? IDK about that. Anyway, at home, I'd probably roll with Cooks, who Brees's been bonding with. It's almost a tossup really.
IDK what the Broncos are thinking after the Bolts/Seahawks last game. If it's what I'm thinking, D Thomas should finally have a nice day.

Go with Cooks. Thomas is not Gates and Manning is no Rivers. The Seahawks will pound the Broncos again.

Go with Cooks. Thomas is not Gates and Manning is no Rivers. Thank goodness for both. Anyone could get lucky, obviously, every dog has their day.

Sanders. I don't trust Welker this week to make an impact, and Sherman is going to be on Dthomas, leaving Sanders one-on-one with Maxwell. That's not a bad matchup, Maxwell's still above average especially with great safety play, but I think the bad matchup doesn't lower Sanders enough to the point where you don't play him.
