Charges win. bank it. Bump You're team NEEDS to commit to the run MORE, and with the BEST RB. Matthews is the guy. All other dudes are role players. Doesn't matter who is your coach, they all fail to understand the need to pound the rock with your best natural Rb. Even Shady get's bottled up extended amounts of times, but eventually, he breaks it long. Matthews isn't Shady, NO doubt, nobody is. Nevertheless, he's your best pure Rb, and the most gifted overall player of that group. He NEEDS to get the ball MUCH more, in order to balance out your offense. Your coaches are NOT doing a great job of play calling, IMHO. Ladarious Green should be more involved too. Reminds me of when Andy Reid was here in Philly. Oh yeah, he's still F'in up the same way in KC, lol.

This week has been one of the better weeks for Bills fans in a very long time. We opened on the road against a team that was a lot better than us and we beat them. Then, we find out our decade long suspicions and paranoia of the team relocating are dead, as the one guy who actually would keep the team in Buffalo was the highest bidder and bought the Bills. On top of this, Jim Kelly is completely cancer free. Our home opener is against our biggest rival - the Miami Dolphins in our newly renovated stadium.
Ralph Wilson Stadium is going to be so fucking loud today, I'll probably be able to hear it from my house, and I live an hour north of it. I've never wanted to be at a Bills game more than I do today. I'd literally punch a baby, buy a Miley Cyrus album, and sit through every season of The Voice on reruns to go to the game.
(Crossing fingers that no one gets so drunk at the game they do a swan dive from the 300 level and kill them self in the process, making national news...I mean, it is Bills fans)

We had that game totally in control because of the game plan. The coaches can't help it if we had six or seven dropped passes, two dropped INT's, and five sacks not finished. We had three plays in a row where we had the QB for a sack and didn't wrap him up. We will fix that. Freeney had two in a row where he had Palmer and he got away. Won't happen again.

That's just IMO He will. Last week wasn't the week to do that. We had 52 yards rushing. And Rivers had ten of them. We had that game dead to rights. Drops killed us and one fumbled snap. Hardwick went down in the second quarter. I think he's done for his career. He's been a stud for year and Rivers only center. We will run, Mathews will get his twelve hundred yards.

I was watching the Thursday night game, seeing all the personal fouls called against Pittsburgh's secondary, and I couldn't help thinking that none of them would have even been an issue if Flacco hadn't kept leading his receivers directly into defensive backs. At what point do you start holding the QB responsible for setting up defensive backs with ball placement on receivers routes? Flacco was getting his own receivers knocked out. It wasn't a matter of Pittsburgh's secondary "headhunting." Also, Mr. Head & Shoulders - Troy Polamolu is sportin' some grey in those locks. Sent by raven from Winterfell I said the same exact thing about a QB, but wasnt agreed with because people like this player. Probably different thoughts when it comes to a player like Flacco though...

Sent by raven from Winterfell The game is way to fast and the QB has enough on his mind to be able to see a defender who could end up at his receiver at the same time his ball will end up at his receiver. We are starting to get a Lil too technical here fellas. No QB is that good.

Well, when all you do is bash Peyton Manning, even if you point out a legitimate thing like him leading a receiver into a defender, people are still going to get upset. We are starting to get a Lil too technical here fellas. No QB is that good. Yeah, but at the same time, defenders are being penalized for being in the right spot at the right time. Am I saying that QBs should be penalized for leading their receivers into defensive backs? No. That would be silly. But at the same time, with all the new player safety rules in the past five years, basically, defensive backs are being penalized for being good at their jobs. Being a defensive back is a reactionary position. You read the QB, read where he's going with the ball, try to defend the pass, and make the tackle. If a hapless receiver is running his route directly into a defender, and the QB throws the ball to him, wtf is the defensive back supposed to do - move out of the way and let him run after the catch. "Here you go sir. Nice catch. I won't tackle you for fear of being flagged." That's horse shit, plain and simple. I was watching a highlight documentary of Andre Reed this Summer when he was being inducted into the Hall of Fame, and he said a lot of these new rules against defensive backs are bullshit. His words, and they had to bleep them out. This is coming from one of the better slot receivers of all time, and one of the better yards after catch receivers of all time. He said in the 90's, he'd absorb a crushing hit, and bounce off of it. No flag. When a Hall of Fame wide receiver says that, you know a lot of these player safety rules are bullshit, and intended to give offenses free fifteen yards.

RG3 and Desean Jackson getting knocked out of the game today. RG3's injury looked particularly bad, hopefully he just sprained his ankle but that's best case.

Without being a homer, Kyle Williams might be a top three defensive tackle in the NFL.
