I didn't like any of the RBs going in the mid 2nd through 3-4 rds on draft day and ended up passing on all of them for guys much later like F-Jax and Ingram. Surprise-- surprise. From Martin on down to Tate (with the exception of R Jennings), the whole group were all pretty pedestrian in week 1. Yup, yup - hoping it was just a sick anomoly, one that won't be repeated. Tate will be out til at least after their wk 4 bye. Hey, this is great... I have Tate and Rice AND Gerhardt in Neil's league. Luckily I really stacked RBs in that one. AP, Ellington, Moreno, D-Wil & Jacquizz in a buy pinch. Well..I dunno how you could forget it Bev...You were ranting and raving about it in the OG/NG league. lol. Something about relations and breakfast in bed or something like that. That's crazy. Find it! lol But crazy coincidence, sick TBH, I had a dream last night... It was Sun morn, and had had a bunch of FF buddies over (like 10 guys), sleeping where they could. It occurred to me that I hadn't really made anything special for my guests the whole weekend. So I was trying to pull off fruit salads and whatever I could find, but only had 5 eggs (which is true - 5 eggs in my fridge right now), and felt terrible. Then I got in bed (fully clothed, no food) w/an old college BF, just talked.

We play three WR. Standard scoring with BIG bonus for forty and fifty yard TD's receiving. My WR are
DeAndre Hopkins Torrey Smith Steve Smith Mohamed Sanu (cincy) Ruben Randle Kimbrell Thompkins.
Which three will produce the most? Tanks fur da input.
PS No PPR.

I never liked Torrey...far too inconsistent for my taste; Steve Smith should fit right in to this rivalry. Any WR whose QB's name is Eli is verboten, and Sanu is buried behind A.J. and Marvin Jones.

Isn't Jones out? I know its not good choices. Its a fourteen team league and I was tenth in the draft. Its a QB heavey league and all the good ones were going in first round. I was lucky to nab Brees as the tenth pick. Someone took Cam Newton before me. haha.
Last week Steve Smith and Hopkins got me the bonus of 11 pts for over fifty yard TD. So those plays were 6TD+6YDs+11bonus=23pts each. I won my game.
Oh but I had Steve on the bench. LOL Still won.

I'd steer clear of Randle, just me. My crystal ball says a lot more of the Edelman-Vereen show, not to mention Gronk. Could be wrong cuz Brady is a little nutty competitive-wise, but I think he's freaked out from the loss last week, and will do anything to just assure a win. Sanu is def #2 with Marvin Jones out, and probably a good choice here. So is Steve Smith. I think Flacco is loving his experience, and Torrey blocks a lot - not targeted a ton, but week 1, anything could change on a dime. So DeAndre Hopkins @ OAK is my clear #2. Then, I'm going with Smith Sr. SO... 1) Hopkins, Smith SR, Sanu or Torrey (u-pick-em) in that order.

Thanks for the input friends. I decided on Hopkins, S.Smith, and Sanu. I was never really considering Randle as he is probably my next cut. Now that I took out T.Smith he will go off. Which is fine because I have him in almost all my other leagues. But I like winning the money league best of all.
In an auction Keeper league on ESPN I got Allen Hurns for zero dollars. That might be next years keeper of the year. I can't believe they let me get away with that.

Benching Torrey is a bad idea imo, especially for Sanu...I don't like the idea of starting Torrey and Steve Smith on the same team with Flacco as their QB...and Pitta will be getting plenty of looks...but there's no way I would start Sanu over either one of them. Hopkins, T. Smith, and S. Smith IMO

But did say he was their clear #2 but a better run game now, worse TE, you gotta look at the whole package. Hope that helps. LEL

ahhhh decisions decisions. I originally had that Jancey But the two on the same team bothered me also. But Flacco is pass 62 times last week. Now you got me second guessing. LOL. I hate football.
