I did some more research this season, to make sure I would get the players I wanted.
Sometimes you gotta' "reach" a lil' early on players, cause they just might not be there for you in the next round. The important thing is to make sure you target the right players, and understanding which ones are worth a reach sometimes, to ensure that you get them. You MUST know your specific league settings when targeting who to draft and where.
The best way to understand the impact of your specific league settings, is to look at the scoring leaderboard from the previous season in that league. Hopefully your league has been around for at least a year. It makes it very helpful when you're able to see who did what last season, according to those specific settings. I make sure to use the rankings & ADP on that specific league page too(very important).
Sometimes you will be shocked how well certain players did according to those specific settings. I know I was. Understand how the specific settings will affect the value of certain players, and target the right one's accordingly.
I figure out what players "should" be around still on each of my picks, according to my position in each round.
Because I know many players will be drafted earlier than expected, I make a backup plan for each round... option A.(Target Player), B.(If option A is gone) and C.(last option). This way I avoid having my thumb stuck up my arse when somebody snatches who I wanted in that round.
I find that lot's of times, players projected to go a round or two later, often have more value than other options projected to go earlier. With that in mind, don't be scared to pull the trigger a round or two early sometimes on certain players, especially if someone snatches up who you originally wanted in that round. That's where having your back up plans become essential.
The bye weeks are also not something to overlook. Could end up costing you a game or two if multiple starters have the same bye week. Certainly something to consider.

I play in three seperate leagues with most of the same people.
By the time we got to our last draft together(Dive's Cheesy League), people had seemingly caught on to my drafting patterns, adjusted their drafting strategy on certain players, and started plucking them away from me.
That's the one downside of doing 3 draft's in a 48 hour span with all the same peeps. It's so worth it though. ' We have all known eachother for years now, and we're all super-competitive.
Lot's of very knowledgeable ff peeps, and that's exactly what I look for. I want to play with the best. How else would I be able to gauge my own prowess? Beat the best to be the best. That's my motto

Just found it strange that I only really encountered that problem on the third and last draft. It's me I tell ya', it's always about me....this IS 'Eddie's World'....baaaaahaaahaa. In reality, I think it was a combination of both things. Some of us were certainly "high" on some of the same players, and probably got pissed when they were drafted earlier than expected. I'm sure some people had remembered that, and started to go after target players a lil' bit earlier by the third draft. I know that I certainly made some adjustments, according to how the previous drafting just went.

Considering the preperation I put into a draft, I kept my limit to 4 leagues this season. Almost had 5, but the 2nd money league didn't survive it's second season, lol. 4 is plenty enough for me.
How many league's is everyone else in this season?

This is how my 4 team's turned out....
1. Espn $$$ League with my cousin and his co-workers
It's a 12 team PPR. I drafted from the 8th spot. 1pt per catch. Passing TD's=6pts. 10pt bonuses for any TD throw, catch or run of 50+yards. Everything else is pretty standard. We did it in a dark tavern, and I had a hard time seeing my list, the board, and keeping up in general. Wish I would have brought my laptop. It was also the first year they used ESPN as the site, so I was also unable to check how the scoring worked last season, according to those settings. Nevertheless, I still got most of the players I wanted, and feel it's a good team.
QB- Cutler RB- Giovani Bernard RB- Rashad Jennings WR- Antonio Brown WR- AJ Green TE- Zach Ertz W/R/T- Cordarrelle Patterson D/ST- Panthers K- Dan Baily
Bench: Made a few changes via FA
QB-Palmer RB-Joique Bell RB-Andre Williams TE-Ladarius Green WR-Malcolm Floyd
#2. 'Cut the Mustard'
10 team keeper league. No ppr. TD passes=4pts. Standard scoring with some normal type of bonuses.
QB- Peyton Manning RB- Matt Forte RB- Maurice Jones-Drew WR- Calvin Johnson WR- Cordarrelle Patterson(return yards count) TE- Jordan Cameron R/W/T- Ray Rice R/W/T- Jeremy Maclin K- Adam Vinatieri DEF- Carolina Panthers
Bench
QB- Tony Romo RB- Jonathan Stewart WR- Danny Amendola WR- Kelvin Benjamin TE- Zach Ertz DEF- St. Louis Rams
#3. Steeler Jeff's 'NFFL League
10 team PPR. I point per catch. Half a point for rushing attempts. Passing TD's=6pts. 1 point per 15 return yards. I drafted from the 6th spot.
QB- Rivers RB- Lynch RB- Murray WR- Antonio Brown WR- Cordarrelle Patterson WR- Emmanuel Sanders TE- Zach Ertz R/W/T- Joique Bell K- Vinatieri DEF- CIN
Bench
QB- Cutler RB- Jonathan Stewart RB- Jeremy Hill WR- Amendola WR- Cooks DEF- San Fran
#4. Dive's 'Big Cheesy VI'
12 team PPR. 1pt per catch. 3 IDP's. I've never done an IDP before, let alone having to choose 3 of em'. Kinda threw me off some. Passing TD's=6pts and -.5pt when sacked. Return yards included(20yds per pt). Two flex spots, and you can choose a 2nd QB in one of em'. I had the #1 overall pick.
QB- Stafford WR- Patterson WR- Andre Johnson RB- McCoy RB- Joique Bell TE- Clay W/R/T- MJD Q/W/R/T- Dalton K- Didn't draft one DEF- HOU & BAL(rotate for matchup's) D- Brian Cushing DB- Empty LB- Mychal Kendricks
Bench
Sproles, Wallace, Watkins, Boldin, Stewart, Ladarius Green, Jordan Matthews and Amendola
