You don't claim PPR (??). At any rate your RBs are ridiculous. 7-6 is apparently based on your QBs, and TBH at 1 for 10, you should've been on top of it, but joke might be on these jokers. You should've waited no longer than 2nd for a QB. I mean if all other settings are standard, I see at least 4 QBs going in round 1. 10 for 1 is scoring 3x any other position with otherwise standard scoring. How long did you wait? And what was your draft position? Guessing a lot of leaguemates might have been unaware of the settings. New league? But really, I think Luck will be a top 8, maybe top 6. And what do you think Rivers will be bitchdive? Tenth? I'll make you an avatar bet. Rivers has a better year than Manning. I'll take that bet sir......... "THE MANnig" will beat the small 24 volt stream...... They play 2 times in the divison............. PLAYOFFS...... 3 wins for me..............

I need odds of course. Everyone goes off last year. I have vision and everyone else wears bifocals. You seem to have more than your share on the 'odd'. Okay, here's one...I'd say the odds are 20 to 1 you were drinking heavily last night.

This was the draft in my third league of the year: QB: Philip Rivers, Andrew Luck RB: Jamaal Charles, Doug Martin, Rashad Jennings, Ben Tate, Ray Rice WR: Julio Jones, Kendall Wright, Julian Edelman, Riley Cooper, Reggie Wayne TE: Kyle Rudolph K: Adam Vinatieri DEF: AZ The primary difference between this league's scoring and standard is that QB's get 1 point/10 yards passing...which put Rivers at #4 (2 points behind Stafford) and Luck at #6 last year. Granted, ARod should figure into it, but I also think Luck will improve with the addition of Nicks. I have ludicrous RB depth, so much so that I'm seeking trade offers for an upgrade at WR2 and/or TE. (And yes, I know that Rivers and Luck have the same bye week.) So my draft recap reads B+...I can handle that, though I'd've given it at least an A-. But here's the punchline: it projects my team at 7-6 and barely sliding into the playoffs at a tie for 4th in the 10-man league. Now I've looked at the other teams, and I don't see one as good as mine, before I improve with trades. Really??? FF projections are a guessing game at best. You have a pretty solid team, especially if you can trade Jennings or Tate for a decent WR2. But the projections are based on how good your team is projected to do in a week compared to your opponent that week. So your team might be good, but can have some bad match ups the same week that other teams have easier match ups. In my yahoo league, every year I have one friend who brags about drafting the best team, and yahoo always predicts his team at #1. Most years he finishes middle of the pack at best. My projections always vary, but I am always in the top three of the regular season.

WR is weak as heck behind Julio. Not really. Wayne will probably lead the Colts in receiving this year, not Hilton. But it will be close. Edelman is Brady's #1 WR #2 target..not a bad #2 and #3 imo.

As an Edelman owner, he's much less reliable outside of PPR. Wayne is old and coming off major injury. He's a risk. He might be a decent two, but I wouldn't count on it.

My draft recap in my money league said I had world dominance and will go 10-3 and win the league A+. I didn't even draft a defense of kicker. So I wouldn't listen to the draft recaps much. And in which leagues don't QB get 1 pt for 10 yards? I don't think I've ever seen anything other that that. I've seen different pts for TD's. I think Rivers was forth in most leagues one pt behind Luck and Dalton. We both know Rivers has never missed a start so he can be trusted to play every week. Maybe trade Luck if you can for a WR. Unless you are planing on switching Luck and Rivers weekly due to match up. The Chargers do have a really tough schedule, but I don't see Rivers production dropping off his second year with this system. Yeah, covering Rivers' tough matchups with Luck was my plan; with the depth at QB, I'm not sure I'd be able to get very much for him. Maybe in some kind of blockbuster, packaged with an RB for a big upgrade at WR...but it'd have to be a BIG upgrade.

Although I'm not sold Martin will produce big again, I like Jennings & Rice as insurance/flex options. If it's not a PPR league though, I have my doubts that Wright nor Edelman will be very consistent enough as #2 WR options.

He's the only RB outside of Charles that would get you a worthy #2 WR, and I do NOT think he's gonna be very productive this season. You still have Jennings(who I like a lot this season)and Ray Ray...you'll be just fine. Of course, I could always be wrong. That's just one mans opinion.
