At this moment, I'd think I'd rather either Ifo or PJ Williams over Cooper right now..

We don't need another TE, unless you think Fasano is gone? Although I have high hopes for Harris.
We could really use a WR. And omg Chiefs with a second round pick!

We dont need a receiver, not too mention Ty Montgomery will not go in the first 3 rounds.

With the way the Giants OL is playing, we might not even need to address the position early in the draft.
We can use a LB or DB (not sure if both Rolle AND Prince will be back next season).

It's good to be around here again. When it comes to SD, their biggest needs are interior OL, OLB, WR and DL. Also, I don't think the Chargers will invest in a player with Green-Beckham's "baggage."

I can totally see us taking Famous Jameis at this point. Even with his character issues, I see no reason why he won't succeed in the NFL. His arm talent is better than Mariota's and the Titans haven't had a pocket passer in their entire existence as a franchise (unless you count O'donnell and Volek, but they only saw time as reserves).
It's time for a change in terms of our identity, which we haven't had since Chris Johnson was playing at an elite level. Even when Locker plays at his best we still don't really have an identity. And so far he obviously hasn't won a contract for next year. So I think Winston is the right call, and not only that, I think that Tennessee might be the only team in the NFL with Winston higher on their board than Mariota, sort of like how we were (at least if the rumors are true) the only team that had Locker ahead of Gabbert in 2011. Eric Taylor (I mean Ken Whisenhunt) knows how to mold QBs and when he gets a fresh face like Winston, I believe he will mold him into an elite QB in the future.
This isn't a total forsaking of Jake Locker either. I still believe he rebounds and at the very least, makes it tough for the Titans to let him go after this season in favor of a rookie. His ceiling is extremely high, as we see every time he gets into a rythym. Games like Detroit, New York, San Diego, Cleveland, Atlanta, New Orleans and San Francisco show that Locker is capable of playing at an elite level for short spurts, and if a team can work with him on his consistency, he can develop late in his career a la Alex Smith to be a franchise QB. I hope that happens whether it's with Tennessee or another team.

Also you really think Ray can move to 3-4 OLB? Ealy and Sam both stayed in the 4-3 in the pros, and Ray is basically playing the role Sam did for the Tigers so far.
