Now with Emmanuel Sanders gone, will someone like Lance Moore be able to garner enough attention to free up space for Brown? Will his number of catches and yards drastically drop? If so, by how much? It's hard to believe he'll be able to reproduce the same production as last season. Also, will he still be the #1 punt returner, or are they gonna back him off of those duties? If his production does drop it'll probably be because his numbers were so high last season and would be hard to replicate. But he'll likely still have a very good year. Yeah, that's kinda how I feel. I don't feel he'll be able to replicate those same numbers, although I feel he'll still have a nice season. In fantasy football terms though, if his receiving yards do take a dip of let's say...300+yards(about what I'm expecting), and they don't use him much more as a punt returner(which I also expect may happen), then lot's of people are gonna be disappointed in fantasy world.

Well I sure as heck hope he's not taking punt returns anymore unless it's in a situation at the end of game where they need a big play, or even kick returns(would be more or less a waste of energy given the rules). I'd consider it a disappointment if Archer doesn't take that role from him, but then again AB is obviously very good on punt returns and Tomlin may not be willing to just hand PRs to Archer.. I would think the only thing that would prevent Brown from having another great year would be the run game. Brown and Miller along with a bunch of new-ish receivers? Or two pretty damn good runningbacks and a few potentially explosive plays from Archer? Pretty easy decision of where the offense should be heading.

ANY NEW news from my Steeler Nation pals, on whether or not Brown will still be returning same # of punts this season, as he did last season? Inquiring minds want to know. I'd honestly think the team would surely want to back off his number of punt returns. Maybe eliminate him from that job all together? Somebody from Steeler nation has to know the truth by now, right?

They drafted a new WR in the 4th that has return experience. But he seems like a question mark. IDK that anyone knows the truth by now. lol Is this a keeper issue? Hope you have some time.

I would doubt he will, maybe on special occasions. If Dri Archer can relied on to handle returns, then it will be his job to lose. Tomlin's lip serves is that they have to beat out Brown for the spot, but I doubt that's the case.

Justin Brown supposedly can be a returner www.nfl.com/draft/2014/profiles/martavis-bryant?id=2543572"Also returned 14 career kickoffs for 291 yards (20.8)." So, seems kicks only and not a lot of them. But seems conceivable he could, as they often do get rookies feet wet with kick return duty (a la Cordarrelle Patterson, but not as good). Patterson did no punts at all. They usually like to give punts to shifty guys with a little more experience, so I gotta think Brown will still handle them. They got Blount presumably to help on the kicks only, while still using Felix Jones, and to spell Bell. Justin Brown is a 6th round nobody, isn't he? Hmmmm, why do you suppose he's not even listed on the Steelers home page? www.nfl.com/teams/profile?team=PIT

Hmmmm, why do you suppose he's not even listed on the Steelers home page? www.nfl.com/teams/profile?team=PITBrown might still take kick returns sure, but with the rules how they are would it really matter? I would guess Archer would gain more yards quicker than Brown would, but you're looking at simply getting a few yards away from the endzone, not huge chunks of yards most likely. Brown might have some punt returns when they absolutely need a spark like they (rarely) use to with Santonio Holmes late in his time with the Steelers. Tomlin of course isn't going to hand the job to no body, but if Archer can be relied on it likely will be his job. They need to use his talents, and the best way to do so will be to get his feet wet on return duty as they ease him into the offense. He has Tavon Austin like explosion and ability I suspect as training camp continues they will get more bodies to practice on returns with Archer, Brown, J Brown, Bryant, and I guess Blount but I doubt it, I'd rather not relive the days of 242 pounds of Najeh Daventport trying to return kicks. Felix Jones is looong gone, they'll likely stick with Bell, Blount, Archer doubling as a WR/RB, and maybe another guy. Early training camp prediction, Justin Brown will make this team if the Steelers keep 5/6 WRs, it depends a lot on how they view Archer I suppose. But I'd put J.Brown over Heyward-Bey even with his deep speed and special teams ability as a gunner, as well as Derek Moye (who made the roster last year. I've heard nothing but positive things about J.Brown, and has put in the work with Ben in the Spring and has been taking some 1st team reps in camp. Antonio Brown was "just a 6th round nobody" as well, it doesn't take much for WRs to catch on. Not to mention He's the only WR on the team over 6'3" besides Bryant, Moye, and C.J. Goodwin but he's only here because Mel Blount put in a good word for him.
