No one is talking about how bad of a missed foul it was to. If the right replay call had been made (Clips ball), then the Thunder fans would have just as much reason to be angry as the Clippers fans do now.

Refs continue to give OKC games. That was LAC ball and the refs tried to make up for the missed foul. Same thing happened in the LAC/GS series and the refs had to be true to the replay and gave GS the ball. OKC is the darling of the league now and the refs gave OKC a call they should not have gotten. The only thing I can think of is a make up call. (Which obviously, isn't right) Other than that one call, what made you think OKC was given that game??? I watched the entire 4th quarter, and didn't see anything other than that one call. If we really are the darling of the NBA, then why weren't we given the foul?!?! It was as bad a missed foul as it was a missed call. That one call alone changed the outcome of the game and of the series. LAC was up 2 with 7 seconds left. If the Refs don't cater to OKC by giving them the ball when the ball clearly was out on Jackson, LAC would be fouled upon inbounding with a chance to be up 2 scores, practically sealing the game. Even if they called the foul, OKC would have gotten 2 free throws and only a chance to tie the game. What happens? They call no foul, give OKC the ball that they should not have gotten, and then cater to Westbrook on a shot that was barely a foul. Yes, Paul was right up on him, that is because Westbrook went up on him and pulled up; nothing Paul can do about that. Right now we should be talking about LAC up 3-2 in the series heading to LA for gm6, instead we have OKC getting the biggest missed call in the playoffs that will give them a great chance at making the Western Conference Finals.

It happens a LOT. But when you go to replay to see who it went out on and the answer is OBVIOUS, LAC fans have every right to be upset and are more upset than OKC fans could have been. If the foul was missed and it was LAC ball, OKC fans would be mad because the refs missed a call in real time. Instead LAC fans have to watch the refs cater to the home team by messing up on a slow-motion replay with definitive evidence.

I agree that play most likely flipped the series. The Thunder will now win. I guess in a perfect world we shoulda seen an extra five. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but the 3 point shot foul gets called consistently. I personally don't like it because it hampers the defense so much, but it was the correct call.

Yes, the Clippers got the bad end of the stick. And yes, the Clippers fans do have every right to be upset. The real problem is, there is no solution to this. You can't add fouls to the replay, that would slow the game by an extra hour. You also can't give the 'make up call' because then you get the reaction we have now. And as you said, the NBA misses fouls all the time. So issues like this will continually arise.

Steve Kerr will be coaching the Golden State Warriors. Reportedly a 5-year deal worth $25,000,000. I just don't get it. Not only was Mark Jackson a great coach, but they ditch him after back-to-back phenomenal seasons for a guy who has never coached in his life. I mean, I wish Kerr the best, but I don't see it here. Stan Van Gundy makes a return to coaching, accepting the Pistons job. Additionally, SVG will also be the President of the team, so a lot of stock is being put in him to right the ship. Even though the Cavs are being mocked for firing Mike Brown for the 2nd time in 4 years and this time being on the 1st year of a 5-year deal, I am glad we are done with Brown. He is just not a good coach and I have no clue how he managed to get as many Head Coaching jobs as it was. Apparently the Cavs are interested in John Callapari ( Morkim), which would definitely be interesting. I am hoping for him or Mark Jackson as coach.

I'm 90% sure Calipari isn't going to the NBA this year. So I guess hope for Jackson.
