Persistence pays off; Cavs knock off Eastern Conference foe Washington
Waiters - 21 points Stephenson - 19 points, 5 assists Irving - 16 points
Wall - 25 points, 14 assists Beal - 25 points Ariza - 16 points, 5 rebounds
The Cavaliers went back on the road after a disappointing loss to the Lakers, and played the entire game against Washington in the same fashion as the second half of the Laker game - gritty play; team play; and smart play. Kyrie Irving, usually one to lead the team in shot attempts and points by a good margin, only took 10 shots the entire game and was efficient, knocking down 6 of those shot attempts. It was the play of Dion Waiters off of the bench, who logged in 25 minutes, who created a spark for the team and made it tough for John Wall who, despite scoring 25 points, only connected on 10 of his 22 shot attempts while forcing him to put up 4 shots from deep (and connecting on none of them). The bench surge of Dion Waiters and Danny Granger could very well be one of the best in the league on a night to night basis, and that is not including Anthony Bennett, who should slot back to the bench when Tristan Thompson heals from his sprained finger.
Overall, the Cavaliers defense was once again a pretty good unit and was key to winning the game, as Washington only shot 47% from the field, including a paltry 29% from deep. One of the big factors were the freebees from the free throw line. The Cavaliers got there 28 times, and connected on 22 of those attempts. The win would not be complete without having a good shooting night, however, as the Cavs shot 54% from the field, including 43% from deep. The Cavs come away with their first win since the termination of Mike Brown and will take on Memphis Grizzlies at home in the Quicken Loans Arena.

Breaking News! - A major trade is apparently in the works between at least three teams, and possibly a fourth, that is said to shake up the NBA. More news to come at a later time when there are legs to the rumor.

I'm glad people are enjoying this thus far. Only if you saw the rage I get during these games lol. I know what you mean. Its nuts. I'm in year 4 with the Jazz (for Burke of course) and downloaded the draft class for this year. I got Jabari Parker and Glenn Robinson III. My lineup is: PG: Burke (19.5 ppg, 6.5 APG, and 1.5 stlpg) SG: Robinson III (14.3 ppg, 7.8 rebpg, 3.6 APG, 1.4 stlpg, 1 blkpg) SF: Parker (17.7 ppg, 8.9 rebpg, 5.5 APG, 0.7 stlpg, 1.6 blkpg) PF Johnson (a 7'4" freak who can hit some 3s I drafted) (13.4 ppg, 11.4 rebpg, 2.1 APG, 0.9 stlpg, 2.9 blkpg) C: Andre Drummond (15.6 ppg, 10.2 rebpg, 1.7 stlpg, 2.4 blkpg) Bench is pretty crap. Bunch of second rounders and 34+ old guys Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using proboards

A winning streak? The Cavs defeat the Grizzlies for their 2nd straight victory
Irving - 21 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds Stephenson - 21 points, 4 assists Granger - 18 points, 5 rebounds
Allen - 21 points, 4 rebounds Conley - 19 points, 6 assists Lee - 11 points, 2 rebounds
The Cavaliers win for the second straight contest in a 99-92 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. The game was back and forth throughout most of the game, and the Cavs had the last run in them to put them over the top of a very tough Memphis squad. There were a few reasons in particular for the win: They contained the combo of Zack Randolph and Marc Gasol, as they only combined 14 points and 15 rebounds between the two, not to mention that both recorded no assists which is unlike them. The Cavaliers gameplan was clear and simple - make Tony Allen beat them. Lance Stephenson was amazing this game, flying all around the court helping double the other players. He was very impressive in that regard, and his disruption of Mike Conley was a big factor, as Conley only shot 33% from the floor. Both teams shot exceptionally well, and was truly a fun game to watch. The Cavs might have something on their hands here. One interesting development is CJ Miles, who played 14 minutes in the game and did not make any shots from the field as it seemed he was forcing his shots. The Cavs will take this two game winning streak and will play Philadelphia for their next contest.

How do you do so if there is a 3 way trade?

How do you do so if there is a 3 way trade? remember, it is just a rumor it may happen, it may not and yeah. they don't do three team trades if you go to the trade block, but if you on the actual trade screen, it has the ability for three teams. you just pick where each player goes by using the L2/R2 button I think. Sometimes the game is dumb and wouldn't do an obvious 3 team trade that works, so it may be done is separate transactions, but it technically is a 3 team deal.

Cavaliers starting to surprise; pick up third straight win.
Irving - 22 points, 10 assists, 5 rebounds Varejao - 19 points, 13 rebounds Waiters, Granger, Deng - 13 points each
Gay - 34 points, 7 rebounds Cousins - 12 points, 10 rebounds Thomas - 12 points, 9 assists
The Cavaliers do it again. For the third straight game, they have allowed less than 100 points, and for the third straight game, they win. Cleveland got off to an uncanny start and was outplaying Sacramento in all phases. Rudy Gay and Marcus Thorton had other plans, however, and willed Sacramento back into the game and got them to trail by only two heading into halftime. The Kings actually took the lead in the third quarter and looked like they would break away, but start point guard Kyrie Irving did what Gay did earlier - bring his team back. The whole team was playing great, and after the game, Cavaliers players were praising the play of center Anderson Varejao who outplayed star center Demarcus Cousins tonight. Since the trade bringing Danny Granger and Lance Stephenson to Cleveland, the Cavaliers are 3-1. The Cavaliers are only 19-33 overall, but in the weak Eastern Conference, it is definitely a possibility that Cleveland can vie for a spot in the playoffs.
