Report: CJ Miles unhappy in Cleveland due to reduced role? Possible trade talks with Cleveland and an unknown team?
With the acquisition of Lance Stephenson and Danny Granger, two guys who will be receiving a good amount of playing time, it puts Guard CJ Miles out of the loop. For most of the year, he has been the starter for Cleveland, playing around 18-24 minutes per night. Now he has moved down on the totem pole and is getting approximately 10-13 minutes per contest, with the possibility of receiving less if Dion Waiters plays better (as he has been in a slump recently). He is on his contract year, and can appeal to a number of teams. It is certainly a possibility that he will ask for a trade out of Cleveland.
If one thing is for certain after the trade for Granger and Stephenson, it is that Cleveland is now looking for an opportunity to add more talent to help them win this season. There have been rumors swirling around that Forward Tristan Thompson and Center Anderson Varejao could be traded before the trade deadline that occurs in two weeks. Varejao is on a friendly contract, making less than 10 million on the final year on his contract. He is a player who does the dirty work, and will appeal to a contending team such as Oklahoma City and Portland, among others. Thompson is the same type of player who is still on his rookie contract. At this point, the only reason why one would assume to trade him is due to the fact that the Cavaliers Front Office wants Anthony Bennett to get a lot more playing time. We will find out whether any of these rumors come into fruition in two weeks time.

I don't get how you can play 82 games for a season... I can barely play 16 games in Madden without wishing for a off season

nahh in the NBA, it's so easy to do trades. Mid way through the 1st season, the only remaining Cavs starters were Irving and Waiters

After I dumped Lin and Hibbert to make space for Lebron, I still had a ton of picks. Got Parker, Smart and Wiggins and I still think I had MKG and Barnes. Needless to say my bench was not happy at all.

the draft in 2k is dumb. all future 1st round picks are worth almost nothing. if you wanted to, you could stockpile draft picks for days lol
