With the 10th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions select Justin Gilbert, CB, OSU He has this reputation of being one of the most athletic players in college football. Additionally, he's 6"0 tall and just has all the physical attributes you'd ever want from a #1 corner. Gilbert apparently also has amazing return skills, and I have no idea who returns balls for DET, so Gilbert will instantly improve that part of the game for DET as well. Is this reminiscent of anyone? A CB taking punt/kick returns? Patrick Peterson. This fills a big need for DET. Juggs is OTC

With the 11th Pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Tennessee Titans steal by train robbery, OT Jake Mathews, Texas A&M. Look at the size of that motherfucker... I honestly think most people who skipped on this guy just overthought their picks and did not consider what they could have gotten. He is the consensus #1 big board player, he's my BPA available, and he fills a gaping need. The only question is which side of the line to play him on because we have Micheal Roos, one of the NFL's best blindside defenders. The bottom line is, when a LT prospect like this falls into your lap you start him. It just doesn't matter. Mathews is so good that I will have to consider moving Roos, and 11 year veteran and all pro to the right side... I like this kid that much. Tennessee has now drafted Warmack and Mathews, two fifteen year starters who might both play the right side of the line. Tennessee's offensive line has gone from a liability in two years to perhaps the best in the NFL. That protects Jake Locker, it will help Chris Johnson, and it improves the entire team. Ecstatic. Oh and did I mention that his dad was maybe the best player in the history of our franchise and perhaps the best ever at his position? no? must have slipped my mind. EagleDomiKnation

With the 12th Pick in the 2014 Draft The Philadelphia Eagles Select Mike Evans, Wide Receiver, Texas A&MBPA except for maybe CJ mosely, but we are set at ILB. Chip and Howie will not pass on this huge target if he slips to them. Evans had stretches of dominance during the 2013 season. He destroyed Alabama (7-279) and made a lot of difficult catches for big gains along the sideline. Evans turned in another massive performance against Auburn (11-287). For the year, the sophomore had 69 receptions for 1,394 yards with 12 touchdowns. Chip Kelly and Nicky Dynamite would salivate over this kid. 101mitch OTC 101mitch OTC for Atl

With the 13th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida StateESPN, WalterFootball, NFL, etc. all have this guy as their top DT. He was a monster all season long, and he dominated the NC. D-line was easily the biggest weakness for the Falcons coming in to the mock. Now I have added Michael Johnson, Arthur Jones, and this man here to round out this new and improved line. h24dog

With the 1.14 pick of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears select Kony Ealy, DE, MIZZOUI've predicted that Kony Ealy was going to shoot up draft boards, and now all of you are seeing that happening (if you don't believe me, check out my old mock draft ). Ealy is incredibly athletic, reminding of JPP and his former teammate Aldon Smith, which is a big reason his stock rose. In this offseason, Peppers was let go (which I don't condone, but whatever), but the Bears still needed a pass rusher to help with the defense who had the least sacks last year, although he could probably help with the worst run defense in recent history. steelersfan4life56

With the 15th pick in the 2014 NFL draft, The Pittsburgh Steelers select C.J. Mosley, ILB, AlabamaYou see this bad mamba-jamba? Well this mofo is going to bring the Steeler's linebacker corps back to respectability. Pairing Mosley with Timmons should make those two one of the best ILB duo in the NFL second only to the 9ers in a few seasons. You simply can't beat Mosley's combination of athleticism and football IQ and should have a similar impact to what the Panthers got from Kuechly. The Steelers showed how badly they needed another athletic presence in the middle this year, with slow and inexperienced Vince Williams and old Polamalu playing out of postion. Having the duo of Timmons and Mosley should clean up any problems the Steelers had in the middle of the field last season. plax OTC

With the 16th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the New York Giants select Eric Ebron, TE, North CarolinaAfter the conclusion of the 2013 NFL season, NYG owner John Mara had some comments on the performance of the team. The most notable was that he called the offense "broken", that it would be a priority in the offseason and that the offense would need to be fixed to help Eli Manning. Well, I followed true to that notion by Mara. It all started in FA, where the Giants gladly signed the likes of Anquan Boldin, Jermichael Finley, Fred Davis, and Jon Asamoah. That, coupled with the re-signing of Andre Brown, Chris Snee, and David Baas and the transaction of getting star center Maurkice Pouncey, set the offense into motion. However, the new and improved Giants offense was not done there, as now they elect to take the best TE in the draft, and possibly the best TE to come out of the draft in years. The signing of OC Ben McAdoo made the choice a lot easier. The Giants, at least under my vision, will be running a Packers-type offensive scheme that will rely on the fundamentals. Eric Ebron was a standout at North Carolina for many years, and has drawn comparisons to Vernon Davis among many people. The re-tooling of the offense is not over yet, but at this point, the Giants are poised to be an upper echelon team on the offensive side of the ball.

With the 17th pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys select Marqise Lee, WR, USCMiles Austin was released in the offseason, and Dallas loves to use the 3WR set. Dez and Williams are two great players, but adding a playmaker like Lee to the offense will put Dallas over the edge in terms of offensive talent. Jindred OTC

With the 18th pick in the 2014 NFL draft the Baltimore Ravens select, Louis Nix, NT, Notre Dame. =============================================== Ravens lost Terrance Cody in the draft and need to get younger on defense. Nix fills a hole and brings some youth to the D.
