We are in group G along with Ghana, Portugal, and Germany..
Not a lot of hope to be had. We're lucky if we get more than one win in this group IMO.

Seems a bit of an easy group for BR Yep.. Croatia might be tough I guess, but other than that it's a cakewalk for Brazil. France also has it easy.

We got screwed. Cool. The only time our country really gives 2 shits about soccer and we get screwed.

We got a chance. No way we get by Germany. (Obviously) Portugal isn't unbeatable though. And you have to think we will be motivated for Ghana.

Yes, USA is in the group of death, but I don't feel for any US fans at all, for several reasons. 1. If you can't beat the best teams, you won't win the cup, regardless of your pool. 2. Playing in a tough group better prepares you for the next round. 3. USA is used to being pampered in the Gold Cup (CONCACAF's version of the Euro Cup). Everywhere else in the world rotates hosts for their international competitions, but USA hosts every Gold Cup, giving them home field advantage for every game.
