if the Giants want Donald, why wouldn't they take him at 12? Because Donald > Ebron But not > Ebron+extra pick if the guy the Giants want is there at 12, which Juggs claims it is Donald, they would take him, not trade down. and if Donald was falling, they would trade above NY, not with them.

Ok. I'm just saying why the trade is feasible. I mean, maybe Ebron is their guy, but they are projecting the image they could take Donald to spook the bears into trading up.

You trades don't make very much sense. If Donald was at the Giants' pick, why would they trade down with the Bears who would want him? I think the Giants would take Donald in a heartbeat (they lost Linval Joseph to the Vikings this offseason). They wouldn't trade down from that opportunity to help a DL that has been depleted.
As for the Bills and Raiders trade, that would be the same scenario. If the Raiders were going to take an OT, why would they trade down from Matthews to Lewan? Matthews is the better prospect.

if the Giants want Donald, why wouldn't they take him at 12? Because Donald > Ebron But not > Ebron+extra pick Donald is worth that, especially to the Giants who have lost major pieces to their DL this season in Tuck and Joseph.

if the Giants want Donald, why wouldn't they take him at 12? Because Donald > Ebron But not > Ebron+extra pick OR they want Ebron but the Bears think they want Donald. That's what I'm banking on.

Oakland needs extra picks desperately, and they will use the pick they got to select their franchise QB in round 2. I see Mathews, Lewan, and Robinson all quite similarly, except in the eyes of the Bills, who need Mathews specifically. That's why they needed to trade up since they couldn't risk missing him, and Oakland was the obvious suitor due to the aforementioned need for picks.

Why is Miami Picking a DE in the second round? Especially with Chris Borland, Jace Amaro, Austin Sefarian Jenkins, Jimmy Ward, Dion Baily, a whole bunch of very good Guards, DTs, and WRs available..
We have 2 viable starting DE's in Wake and Vernon and Dion Jordan still has yet to show what he can do. There are 2 positions that Miami is set at for now, QB, and DE, every other position could use upgrades or depth..
