I've been hanging on to Jacoby Jones. From the OG vs. NG league.... fantasy.nfl.com/league/916450/team/5/gamecenterI shit you not.... "Jacoby Jones WR - BAL With a projected zero catches for zero yards, Jones is expected to score 23.93 points, the sixth-most of any WR in the league."

IMO, if you, meaning anyone, are constructing your line up off of NFL.com projections then........ .........

So are you saying you really don't think he'll still get 2 kickoff returns for TDs?!?

Randall Cobb WR - GB With a projected three catches for 99 yards and a TD, Cobb is expected to score 24.63 points, the fifth-most of any WR in the league. If 3 catches for 99 yds ain't bizarre enough, doing the math...15.90 ptsBrent Celek TE - PHI Celek is projected to catch one pass for zero yards and a TD to score 7.00 points, the 10th-most of any TE in the league. A TD in the endzone. That is all.Tennessee Titans DEF - TEN The Titans Defense has outperformed their projection every week this season. They must top 6.00 projected points this week to extend the streak. You can't make this shit up.

Divebitchyou realize that league is PPR, right? Celek: 1 REC = 1pt 1 TD = 6pts TOTAL____7pts Cobb: 3 REC = 3pts 99 YDs = 9.9pts 1 TD = 6pts TOTAL____18.9pts --> add that in with the fact that we have 1pt per 15return yards, it is entirely possible that Cobb can get about 80 return yards, since he DOES do them at times. === So not sure what you are even trying to say. There is nothing bizarre about it. The only thing bizarre is the fact that you think it is bizarre.

But if you are wondering about why Celek didn't get at least a yard to give him 7.1 fantasy points, I would assume that the team is so close they do not even count it.
Regardless, who looks as FF projections? Those jackoffs are terrible at predicting.

The only thing bizarre is the fact that you think it is bizarre. PPR? No, I had no idea. You seem to be doing the simple math and not looking at the big picture. How do you predict that the only action a TE will get is on one play, a TD in the endzone. Here's more for Craig this time. I don't believe Charles does returns... Jamaal Charles RB - KC Charles, who is projected to rush for 83 yards, has the third-highest projection of any RB in the league this week with 29.20 points Again, if it's PPR and they think he'll get 9 catches (a day Sproles would be proud of) and 2 TDs, SAY SO. Okay, 3 catches and 3 TDs, that's so much more realistic. lol EDIT: Okay, he could get 60 receiving yds, I guess. Danny Woodhead RB - SD Woodhead has risen above expectations, exceeding his projection every week this season. The streak will be extended if he scores more than the 3.10 projected points this week. After all, it is PPR. Percy Harvin WR - SEA With a projected zero catches for zero yards, Harvin is expected to score 22.77 points, the eighth-most of any WR in the league. I hope I don't have to explain this one. If so, you didn't get the Jacoby one.

Jamaal Charles is averaging 5.5 catches per game. 8-9 isn't insane.
But yeah. NFL projections are dumb.

But to predict 8 or 9 is laughable and irresponsible. Even 5.5 catches a game is on par for 98 a year. Really, I doubt they meant that, one can only wonder what they were thinking, but I wouldn't spend another second wondering. lol

haha Seriously you would think they could do a little better job. It is the NFL ya know. I can't remember who, but I saw one this morning that had a guy scoring twenty some points this week. He's on a bye.
