I can see Mike Evans falling to the 13-18 range. I think he will be a great guy, but more as a WR2 to start out his career.
I think every player benefits a great deal by playing at Alabama lol. From what I know, Kouandjio replaced respected OL Barrett Jones at LT because his potential was that good. I do not think he is much of a project at all. I can see him stepping in on opening day and play LT.
I think Lewan's skillset will relegate him to RT. I just have that kind of gut feeling about him. I think he will be an average pro. Won't wow you, but won't screw up.
Well, Hageman is ALREADY a first round DT, and I can see him going top 10 depending on his performance at the combine. As for Tuitt, I personally think he would fare better moving around in a 43 scheme, but I think he can be a pretty solid 34 DE.
I love Dennard and think he will be a great player in the NFL. I also like Olomu a lot, and from what I know of him, he is a very good tackler for a CB. Have not watched a lot of Gilbert, so can't say much there - I hear he is very good though. Not sure about any of them in zone.
I would put Davante Adams in the Watkins/Evans class IF he declares, which I am thinking he will if Carr goes. I think Adams will be a stud. After those three, I have Marqise Lee RIGHT there. I put Kelvin Benjamin in a class of his own. I think this dude can be a VERY VERY special player - still raw though. If he goes to a team that doesn't need him to put up big things right away, watch out. Then I have Robinson, with Richardson and Matthews behind him. 1. Watkins 2. Evans 3. Adams 4. Lee 5. Benjamin 6. Robinson 7. Matthews 8. Richardson
His off-the-field troubles have hurt his stock. I can see him going at the tail-end of the 1st.
Like I said above CB is right there with LT in needs. Taylor is getting old quickly and the only reason he may get an extension would be to simply spread out his cap, cutting him would cause nearly as much cap problems as keeping him. Curtis Brown is looking like a dud and Cortez Allen, although he is now the starter didn't make the leap like us fan were expecting. FS is also a pretty desperate need, Will Allen or Shamarko Thomas could man that position for now, but they need a replacement soon.
As for Tuitt and Hageman. Like I said in the Steeler's room I'd really rather the Steelers try to resign Hood and Woods. I'd say Woods would be an easy resign especially if they leave Keisel go, but there is no telling they will be willing to or able to resign Hood especially with Worilds leaving at the same time. The Steelers have been running a lot of 4-3 under allowing their DL to do a good bit of attacking the pocket but still maintaining the 3-4's phylosiphy similar to the Seahawk's D, they have also has played a good bit with 2 DEs and 2 OLBs on their front as well.
Well as long as Brown keeps improving I think Evans would be just fine, especially if Miller is 100% next year and Bell improves in rushing and receiving. I wouldn't be too upset with any of the WRs to be honest. I have a feeling that the Steelers will likely prefer WRs with route running and the ability to turn short catches into long gains for YAC more so than a deep threat. A tall physical possession WR would likely make Ben pretty happy as well.
