I just though I would make a thread on how the race is going for some of the teams in the NL right now
I will update this everyday and at the bottom of the post, ill talk about what national television NL games there are on today
SEEDINGS

I'm happy with how Mike Matheny has taken over the Cards so far. a 60-50 record with a rookie manager is very good in my opinion. I think the Pirates are going to fall out of the wildcard and the Cards will take their place in not too long, and eventually the Cards taking down Cincinnati and being the div. leader by the end of the season.

I think the Pirates are going to fall out of the wildcard and the Cards will take their place in not too long, and eventually the Cards taking down Cincinnati and being the div. leader by the end of the season. sorry, but the reds are winning this division now. our schedule is simply easier than both the cardinals and pirates i do not see the pirates falling out of it, because they got an easy september month. the cardinals still got some pretty tough opponents left you still have to face us twice, the pirates twice, the nationals twice, the giants still this week, and the dodgers, d-backs, and mets at least one more time pirates got us twice, you twice, braves once, d-backs still this week, and dodgers and mets at least one more time the reds fought all there tough teams early in the schedule, so all they have left is the cardinals and pirates twice, dodgers, d-backs, and mets at least once im not even gonna talk about the rest of the teams, because they are easy, but you never know, because likely all 3 of these teams will lose some series to teams they shouldnt lose too but the key point for the cards is playing the nationals. they are not pushovers anymore. you still have to face them twice, while the reds and pirates are already done with them they made the reds look like a minor league team when we played them twice. if you cant beat them, you wont win the division IMO

Go Red Birds!! they got a tough road task ahead of them right now. wildcard is possible, but they will need alot of help IMO still dont think the reds, pirates, and cardinals all wont go to the playoffs, but that would be cool if it did

I stopped watching the game last night. It ended up 15-0 I think. Ouch.
I think every time I have gotten to watch the Cardinals this year they have lost all of them....

I think every time I have gotten to watch the Cardinals this year they have lost all of them.... that cardinals bullpen isnt do the team any favors right now, thats for sure my reds lost again yesterday though too. currently on a 4 game losing streak. need to get a winning against SHITScago cubs today
