And when I say there's a chance of getting really sick by drinking the water straight...ya know there could be parasites...maybe you make 25% of the rivers on the map contain parasites that will make you sick and deteriorate your health and a couple other things like physicality or anything else being sick would effect. You just randomly select 1/4 of the rivers on the map before we start the game.

I like the idea of stat points. If you choose someone who is really weak like Zeurlin you get very low physical grade automatically. But you get to use your remaining points on whatever you want to. If you get a guy like Vernon Davis, he's really strong and fast automatically, but you would have very few points to work with on your other things.

There should definitely be weather. So how would that work? Do the hosts just at random times just decide to make it tougher on us?
Hmm terrain...let me think for a minute.

So what do yall think about the trees/water thing? Also, instead of just throwing in beast at random and controlling him..how about, just like in the trial, 1 person gets to be the 1 and only beast. He doesn't know where anyone is. But if he gets within a mile of someone, a host informs him where that person is, because it can smell him. If he encounters a person, if he kills them, he stops moving for that day and just eats. It still has starvation factor. But how would the fighting be done between the beast and a person? How would the beast win and how would the person win?

I think that luck could be increased throughout the game. For example, if you select to hunt in the place you're at, and end up killing a horse, you could take it's horseshoe

The weather should be random but only cover an X amount of area on the map. You could theoretically have a Blizzard occur in the southwest while a hail storm is pelting players on the opposite side of the landscape.
A tornado moves at an extremely slow pace and is hard to fall victim to but perhaps the landscape is changed where it has hit? I like the idea of anything that makes the player go "Woah. Now how do I survive this?". You shouldn't feel in control while playing this game.

How about a field of crops where you can get food, but its easy to be caught and killed since you can't see your surroundings well.
