Maybe an option to add...
Climb a tree (if you're in the forest). Advantages: Likely not going to get spotted by passing people, can see anyone within a mile of you, pull a surprise attack on anyone within that range --- Disadvantages: Hunger, wasps, get very little rest (because it would be hard to sleep there)
Also need to add "Rest", "Build a shelter" to the OP.

Some additional ideas
Weather - Blizzards, Lightning, Hail, Dust, Tornadoes, etc.
Sponsors - Random chance to receive a nearby package after an Amazing Feat (Killing another player, surviving wild animals, avoiding death) is performed. Those with higher Resourcefulness are less likely to receive these perks.
Action suggestions
Skin Animal - The fur of animals would offer additional protection from attacks and the elements. Could also provide stealth bonuses.
Harvest Venom - This option is only available in the event a Venomous animal is defeated. The player may add the poison to a melee weapon or the arrows of a ranged weapon.
TrapSweeper - Move at a reduced rate for the next X amount of days but increases your chance to avoid/disarm traps greatly.

I vote computerized beasts, no kidnapping, and love Sean's idea. Kidnapping seems to be a pretty questionable action, I saw other people not so sure of it either. Why do you want it removed, and if not what could be done to the action to make it more fair?

What would building a shelter do? I know a negative would be that you are easy to spot.

I want it removed because it would be almost impossible to actually kidnap a person and would make very little sense to do such a thing and not kill them instead. Also, eating people shouldn't be allowed. In the books there was a former winner who went cannibal and ate people, and then he was temporarily stunned so the Game Makers could collect the dead body.

What would building a shelter do? I know a negative would be that you are easy to spot. I would assume you would almost be immune to the effects of any potential weather that might come in the area and perhaps you would recover faster from your wounds. Maybe less food resources exhausted as long as you stay in a 1 mile square radius of the area.

However, I do not want certain actions available very often because it could slow the game down a lot. Moves such as skin animal, and harvest venom are good ideas, but I would only like them to be available every few days. Moves like sleeping should only be available at night time.

Perhaps we could make "Cannibalism" a stat as well, that could be added to the resoucefullness, luck, and intelligence. The stat points required to unlock canibalism would be a large chunk, but whenever you killed somebody you eat their body and restore your hunger. The stat point to get it would be expensive though.
