How will traps be done? If someone crosses it, does it automatically kill them? I would say yes.
Beast - Sean suggested for an action: TrapSweeper - Move at a reduced rate for the next X amount of days but increases your chance to avoid/disarm traps greatly.

So how will the beast be done? What other way to do it other than someone controlling it? We are going to do let players control the beasts and release them when 50% of the contestants are left. Ahh I see I see.

Ok, I'm about ready to start the registration. We only have 10 moves, considering we are removing the kidnap option. We need more solid options that can speed up the game. Skin Animal - As previously mentioned but only in the event the animal has ample amount of fur to use. Harvest Venom - As previously mentioned but only in the event the animal has poison. Trap Sweep - Move at half speed for 2 days but greatly increases chance to detect traps. Pray - People do pray during tough times and maybe this action would help them recover from health loss/ailment? Make it a gamble so it isn't guaranteed to be successful and increase the risk of attacks from other players/animals? Sort of running out of ideas here that aren't combat oriented.

Alright..we'll do the oasis thing. If you get to the oasis, it fully restores your health. BUT again, the risks of the desert. You will be spotted by anyone is 1 mile adjacent to any part of the desert. Example: View AttachmentView Attachment Anyone who is in that (imaginary) red area will spot you and can kill you on spot with a bow and arrow (I would like to suggest 1 arrow takes 50 health points away, and if the person is going to the oasis, they're probably below that, and will die. I would also like to suggest if someone gets a bow and arrow, they are only equipped with 5 arrows, but they may make wooden ones. Say 3 per action?) Or can throw throwing knives at you which would take 10 health points away each, but are only equipped with so many when they fin the knives in the 1st place. Say 5. I would also suggest that a person can only carry 1 primary weapon, such as a bow and arrow(s), sword, flail etc...but can also carry 1 secondary weapon. Mini throwing knives or just 1 regular sized knife. I don't like the bow being that powerful. I see what you're trying to do though. But do you like the idea of being spotted in the red area (not actually marked red on the map)? Why shouldn't it be? It's a primary weapon that should be only slightly less powerful than the best ones. Cause if you encounter someone...close range you're toast. It helps you none. But if you spot someone from a little ways away like from the mountain or desert, that's what the weapon is good for...

Spear should be similar to bow and arrow. Except you can only carry 1 spear. Kills in 1 throw from a bit longer range maybe? Too long and it only wounds? (say you spotted someone/stalking them and are 2 miles away - only wound him (greatly). 1 mile away - kills) but like the bow and arrow, not very good from close range.
Just throwing out suggestions...

Just throwing out suggestions... I'd rather see the Spear as a versatile item rather than another long range option (which we should avoid having too many of these). It might not offer better enhanced melee bonuses like a sword, mace, flail, or axe but it should be the premier item to successfully acquire fish with or hunt other animals too.

But if you go to the mountain, you can spot anyone within 5 miles? That seems a little much for not being a ton of risk there. How about 3?

In the OP of the registration thread... you said - "you can move diagonally or in any combination of 3 miles maximum."
Diagonally as in 2 miles west and 1 mile north? Or literally diagonally? Cause if it's straight up diagonal, moving 3 miles diagonally would be more like moving 3 miles east/west and 3 miles north/south
