Giants players to watch
QB: Eli Manning. I just want to see the tempo Eli brings to the game. I only expect him to play the first possession or two, but I want to get a look at which Eli is there, the one from 2010 or the one from 2011
RB: Ahmad Bradshaw, David Wilson, and DJ Ware. How will Bradshaw play without Jacobs for the first time in his career. How will Daivd Wilson and DJ Ware fare? Will Ware put up a fight, or will Wilson's athletic ability be too much to hold off.
WR: Jerrel Jernigan, Rueben Randle, Domenik Hixon, Ramses Barden, and Julian Talley. Who will win the all important no.3 job. Jernigan, Randle, Hixon, or Barden can all win it. Barden realizes this is his make or break year, so honestly, I can see him playing hard and getting it, but Randle will be hard to hold off. Talley, like Cruz, is an undrafted FA from UMass. Lets see if the Giants strike some more gold, or at least be a nice contributor off the bench.
TE: Bear Pascoe, Martellus Bennett, and Adrien Robinson. I want to see how Pascoe fares as the no.1 TE. How will Bennett look and play. I also want the see the athletic ability of Robinson (in which the NYG staff calls him the JPP of TEs).
OL: Will Beatty, James Brewer, and David Diehl. How will Beatty look after the injury he had last year. Will Brewer step up to take the job? How is Diehl?
DL: Osi Umenyiora, Linval Joseph, Marvin Austin, and Shaun Rogers. I am anxious to see how much Osi will be playing when the 1st team is on the field. I am expecting a break out year for Linval Joseph, so I want to see how he looks. Everyone is anxious to see Austin play. Will he show his athletic ability? And much praise has been given to Shaun Rogers, in which he was asked to lose weight, and responded going into this game 50 pounds lighter. Can he be the Shaun Rogers of 3/4 years ago where he was dominant. Will he look better with a great DL with him?
LB: Mark Herzlich, Jacquian Williams, Keith Rivers, and Jake Muasau. I want to see the whole LB core, but these 4 in particular have my attention. Apparently, Herzlich and Williams have been AMAZING so far, and they can both see a LOT more playing time this year. I want to see how Rivers plays, and if he will step up to possibly take a starting job. And a name not many know about, Jake Muasau, has been raved about thus far in camp. He looks tremendous, and he can surprise people this year and play a good amount.
CB: Prince Amukamara, Jayron Hosley, and Bruce Johnson. Webster is the clear cut no.1 CB on the roster. Apparently, Thomas might be out only a month or two, which is great news. I want to see how Amukamara looks knowing the entire playbook. I also want to see rookie Jayron Hosley and if the Giants made the right choice taking a risk on him. And lastly, Bruce Johnson, a player troubled by injuries most of his career. Can he stay healthy and show what he has?
S: Will Hill Ah, this is interesting. If you do not know Will Hill, search him up on Google. It is amazing to see how his football career took a turn (from high school to being undrafted in 2011). With Tyler Sash being suspended the first 4 games of the season, will Hill (hehe) step up and command the nickel S job? Can he stay out of trouble and show the skills that made him a top recruit out of HS and a big name player in College? If not, maybe we will hear the name Deon Grant some more.

Game Expectation:
I expect JAC to do some nice things. Without MJD, however, they will get nothing done. I see the Giants just being too much for them, and the depth the Giants have will close the deal. I want to see how Blackmon and Gabbert play though.
