I didn't want to do this, but I found myself doing this. And this board is missing Colts threads.
1.24: Bjoern Werner, OLB, Florida State 3.24: Hugh Thornton, G, Illinois 4.24: Khaled Holmes, C, USC 5.6: Montori Hughes, DT, Tennessee-Martin 6.24: John Boyett, SS, Oregon 7.24: Kerwynn Williams, RB, Utah State 7.48: Justice Cunningham, TE, South Carolina

The first three picks are pretty good. Kerwynn Williams is good as well. Not sure about Boyett, Hughes, or Cunningham.

All of the first 4 picks are very very good with the exception of Holmes, who I think will be mediocre. Not sure about Boyett and Williams, as I know nothing on them. The Cunningham pick leaves me baffled. Why draft a TE with Fleener, Allen, and Jones on roster?! A player like Da'rick Rogers there would have been an outstanding pick. You're getting top value at the last pick.

I can't really grade it, but I don't know anything about any of the guys..have only heard things of Werner...don't recall watching him. I saw him in games, but just don't remember.

Ok guys. So I did some research on Boyett and Williams.
All I can say is, Boyett will eventually be a STUD. He likely would have been a day 2 pick if he had not gotten hurt his senior year and was an inch or 2 taller. This guy is a ball hawk and also delivers some of the biggest hits I've EVER seen from a free safety. This guy has an extremely high ceiling. (watch it all)
Kerwynn Williams looks so be a very solid back with loads of potential. Great build up speed but very little initial burst. He has outstanding vision and cuts pretty well. He runs very similar to Daryl Richardson. Also great out of the backfield as a receiver. Also an excellent returner. He looks like he could really split time with Ballard this year. Watch out for him to make an immediate impact.

not that impressed with the colts draft honestly.
bjoern werner as a good pick though because he had top 5 potential at one point. khaled holmes is a better C than some people dont give credit for so i though that was good
not sure about hugh thorton being a 3rd round pick. hes either gonna be good or really bad. also a risky move in trading up to get montari hughes to play NT possibly
the colts could of done a better job IMO but they had one of the best drafts last year so who knows. until then, its just OK
final grade: C
