I really like this draft. I love the Jarvis Jones, Bell (as much as others disagree), Wheaton, Thomas, and Hawthorne picks...don't really like Landry Jones and I don't know the other guys...Pair this draft with the J.D. Woods signing, I'd give it a solid A.

it was a very solid and good draft. no surprise they took jarvis jones in the 1st round. markus wheaton might not be a mike wallace but he should be able to replace him in a year or two. the shamarko thomas pick was excellent. that was a complete steal
the bell pick was horrible though. it was too much of a reach for only a 4th round grade player. same for landry jones. yeah they needed a QB but there were better options on the boards
but i gotta give it a B because it all depends on your early picks, not your late picks
final grade: B

I think the Bell pick was good. I thought he would go to St Louis or the Steelers. I see him as a Steven Jackson type back. FB sized with RB moves and solid hands. The Steelers love them some big backs so it didn't surprise me when they got him. He will end the season with 750+ yards, 30+ receptions, and 10+ combined TDs

I was literally screaming at my Tv on Saturday for them to draft Kevin Reddick from carolina or DaRick Rogers from Tenn. Still have no idea why they didnt. Must not have even been on their board. Was not happy with the later picks. Loved the first 4 picks.
B I guess.

Great pick in Jarvis Jones. They needed a pass rusher badly.
Been hearing lately that Bell was the best RB in the draft, when I have time I'll watch his videos and judge it myself.
Great pick in Wheaton too, although I don't know if he'll take the inside of outside.
I liked these first four picks. That's why Kevin Colbert is my favorite GM in the NFL.
Grade A

I'm surprised Landry Jones was drafted so early. He was unimpressive in Oklahoma

I'm surprised Landry Jones was drafted so early. He was unimpressive in Oklahoma I didn't like him at all. Hard to believe he was a projected first before the season started.
