Some league you lose the first three round for three keepers, which just means everyone starts in the third round. Some leagues you lose the draft pick like my league. Losing the draft pick makes it a lot more fun for me. If you draft a late round guy who becomes a stud you have a great keeper and you look like a genius. LOL. I tried to do that last year with Ronnie Hilman RB for the broncos, but it didn't work out. The year before I killed it with Welker in the fifth, Steve Smith in the sixth (?) A.J. green in the tenth. So ya see how it works.
So in your keeper league remember 3x the number of teams in league, will be gone. So in a ten team league thats the top thirty players.

More or less... some teams are absolutely stack and have like 6 of the consensus top 30 players on their team. The 1st overall pick could easily be worth a 2nd round value if one team was stacked the year before.

yep makes sense to me. we have 16 teams so my #1 pick will be for a QB. So hopefully someone better than eli will be there and i think there will be because one guy has kap and rogers, he wont keep both another guy has Brady and tannehill. so ill probably get Kap which would be sweet

I should actually trade my #1 pick for Kap. What do you think of that? Or i could offer my third pick and McFadden for Kap, he wont keep 2 QBs. He has harvin

Sounds like you got it covered. I voted for DMC. I have a feeling he will have his greatest year.
Having the number one pick. You can always pick up a guy you dropped also. So you could basically have four keepers. If you drop Eli and there is no better QB, you can pick him back up. At least thats how my league works

You've been asked what rounds you lose for your keepers and you should answer that if you want informed answers. Assuming you lose no rounds (1st 3)...
Kickoff and Punt Return Yards:--1 point per 10 yards - That's huge. So you have to keep Hilton. He does have a few KR yds, but seems he does mostly punts. You also have to keep McFadden. DHB is either gonna be a #2 or #3 behind Wayne. Hilton already has a year with Luck. I don't see the rookie being demoted to rot behind DHB. DHB is a mediocre WR with a new team, not as much upside here.

i answered him dive. in our league we lose no rounds. So was figuring if i cant make a trade on keeping DMC and TY. Looks like everyone agrees.

Oops, sorry must've missed that. But yeah, all agreed. And even though DMC somehow managed to play a whole season or most of it, and was comparatively ineffective to years past, we've seen what he could do when he's on fire. And he's still young, so the upside, the risk/reward is still there. DHB, notsomuch. DMC is also PPR-friendly.
