Why does everyone think DJ Fluker will be a bust? I personally think he will be a great RT in the NFL and will be unmatched in run blocking. Just really bad footwork, which is something that a lot of offensive line prospects really struggle to change, once they make it to the NFL. He will struggle to thrive at RT, should be an alright starter at guard though.

Last year it happened to me, I thought Brockers would be a bust and it ended up STL picked him... I was very skeptical until I actually saw him develop so fast through the season. I think Fluker can easily improve his footwork. If that's the only problem, he should be fine IMO

Fluker is NOT on our radar, by all rumors.
Actually, it looks like our four potential picks are Ogletree, Te'o, Brown, and Eifert, from team reports.
I would go Ogletree > Brown > Eifert > Te'o, but it sounds like Eifert is the guy Emery REALLY likes.

We have to, especially since Ogletree/Brown could both be gone by our spot, with the Giants and Rams ahead of us.

I dont think he is a good enough pass blocker to be able to start at tackle in the nfl. Maybe he would make a decent guard, if he could cut back a few pounds.

20. Chicago Bears - TE, Tyler Eifert, Notre Dame (Grr. It's rumored to be the favorite)
Haha I agree.I think it should be the best MLB or OG.I think TE is alright. He drafted that kid Evan Rodreguiz in the 4th round last year, but I think he's our FB more than a TE.Plus we signed Bennett,so idk why we need to go TE first round,I think we have bigger needs, espically with no 3rd round pick

Emery is better than that dummie Angelo who couldn't draft a good early round selector, although he found some decent players in the last 2 rounds.I agree with nick on those guys though

Honestly, at the end of the day, Lovie didn't make personnel decisions and that led to awful offensive line play. Regardless, he was a great coach and Trestman, while intriguing, probably will not find the same success.

I praise you for this, because I feel Star is the best player at the position this draft. If it wasn't for the heart issue he'd still be ranked top 5, and now that it's been shown to not be serious, he should regain his spot. Hope the Raiders can get him after trading down =P Few more days boys and girls, and simians, few more days.
