Not really a waste. I have read lots of you guys posts and I have not read some. I liked em. I'm interested. Big Bang has evidence? Like what? There was a big explosion in the sky and earth was born? Wow imagine that. What a concept. Actually, that's a misconception about what the Big Bang Theory is (as is it one of the Creation argument as it doesn't discuss the Universe innately). The actual discussion of BBT, is a description of how the universe evolved from existing matter, through heating and cooling of existing materials which formed planets and other galaxies as we know them today. The process is usually defended by the following criteria: Large scale homogeneity, between different galaxies. CMBR is the best measure of this. The Hubble Diagram and cosmological expansion. The abundance of light elements. Rather, because BBT merely traces the origin of the universe as far back as it being very hot (which is a different, feasible argument for the origin of the universe), there is an abundance of Helium-3, Helium-4, and Deuterium (alongside other elements such as Lithium and Beryllium); all of which are elements found in the core of the sun. Their reactions being slower than that, of the core of the sun, reinforces a rapid amount of cooling of matter. Cosmic Background Radiation. I can go in depth, at a future moment, but Blackhawks are on.

ummm craig scientists have been wrong before and they will be wrong again that's why it's called a theory. Would it really make a difference if we did know how it all started? It wouldn't change the way you live your life or the way you act. You would just have one less question to ask. You're right it wouldn't matter if I knew all the little details. I already know. Whatever the details were, It was a miracle thing. I wanted to say muraculus but can't spell it. Scientist are almost all atheists, so they look for proof that they will never find. Believers are all people of faith, and they have a better chance of finding the truth. Just my opinion. Oh and one more thing. It's a lot cheaper to not know by faith than science. Think about that. Not all scientists are trying to prove one thing or another... As much as someone might think scientists are wrong on one subject, they did find many rights for other subjects and through one way or another probably made it possible for me to be communicating to you right now. Regardless of what scientists think about the big bang vs creationalism they have made significant contributions to the society.

Then again, this could open a future evolution argument, which I'm all for.

They have a great place in society. They just will never be God. No matter how hard they try.

Man trying to play god and then the robots turning on them? jeffkkkain't nobody got time for that! all joking aside, I'll probably watch it over the weekend

Watching now.
I will save my thought of fallacies until he reaches a conclusion. Just not scientifically accurate statements, on a couple of occasions.

Ace, that is the battlestar miniseries. The real show is about them fighting their way through the galaxy looking for a new home. I cannot recommend BSG highly enough. It's one of the most thrilling shows there is, and it deals with religion better than any show on TV.
