QB WR RB and defensively they have more depth over all. Like Bengal pointed out both Kolb and Skelton will be playing more because of the competition, how ever regardless of that fact one of them will be the 2nd qb in the preseason games. Now they may not be up to the #1 standards of the saints, but when it comes to matching these guys up against 2nd and 3rd stringers they will have the edge. Dont forget preseason isnt really about the win-loss record. Its about seeing the schemes and whats to come. I just feel the cards take this one because of the depth. They just dont have the #1 elite status I agree on QB cards got us at depth, not sure at defense you could go either way. But there is no way they have better depth at RB and WR than we do. At RB, we arguably have the most depth in the league. Our 4th string RB could start for some few teams. WR depth is deep. Probably top 5-10. And yes, I know it is about schemes, and not neccessarily winning. I'm expecting Spagnuolo to take this game seriously and show that our defense will be for real this year which is why I think we win.

RB is arguable IMO, but not for this game because of the injuries
i would think WR is arguable too, and LB i think they have better than the saints
unsure on the DB's. of course it all matters on playing time too. the saints need to get there starters to play more to get more familiar with joe vitt

RB is not arguable. I'm sorry, but it just isn't. Not trying to sound like a homer..
Name me a team that has better depth than Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, Mark Ingram.

4 > 3
And you could argue that every single Saint RB is better than the Cards best RB. (Beanie)

I'm with marchingon here. Both teams have 3 good RBs. In my opinion the best 2 of the 6 are/were Sproles and Ingram. The Saints also have Ivory as a 4th string.

i never said the cardinals had better RBs. but i honestly think its arguable. for this game, obviously the saints will have the advantage there
i only think the saints will win because i think they will keep there starters in longer than people seem to not believe.

Its just my personal opinion on it MO, i just like what i see more out of the cards RBs after Beanie. If i was coach i'd actually move beanie down and bring Smith Stephens-Howling and Williams up ahead of him. With the Saints, idk, i like sproles, but the other 3 are spotty to me, i'd like to see them getting more time solo to see what they really have. But Saints do a true RBBC thats what makes it hard for me to judge because they come in on their individual setups.

I don't mind who wins. I picked the Cardinals because of the QBs and Floyd likely being given more time. I don't expect to see much of Brees.
