It would make sense. Their head coach doesn't like Brandon Weedon and they just traded Colt McCoy to the 49ers.
Could this be the first selection we can lock up before the draft starts?!?!?

If the Browns want him they are going to have to trade up I can guarantee that.

Who says "I am FASCINATED with Geno Smith" ? But yeah, they'll probably have to trade up, but I'm not sure if it would be with the Chiefs. I'm guessing either the Jags or Raiders.

7th round pick? That's it? McCoy is much better than that...He's better than Weeden imo...I don't think he was given a fair chance.

I think Geno to the Chiefs is not entirely impossible... But Geno to the Jags is also possible. I think the Jags could take him. So yes he would have to trade up with the Chiefs.

Or the Eagles...Im still sold that Chip loves him and may take him at #4.

I don't see it happening. They have other positions of need and it's not like Weeden was horrible last year. If they have concerns about how he fits the offense, they can grab a second or third round guy; no need to use firsts, in consecutive years, to address the same position.
