That seems to be the reality in Oakland right now. About an hour ago it blew up that Seattle were closing a deal involving Flynn and by all accounts he's going to the Raiders. So no the Raiders are calling Palmer out, giving him one more shot to restructure his contract or he's out and Flynn is in.
In the mean while, Pryor retweeted a fans tweet that asked him to if he believes he could be the guy in Oakland. I of course tweeted Pryor myself with no response, but hopefully he seen it.
Fainz @fainzsoria 52m @terrellepryor Retweet if you think You got What it Takes to start and Lead our Offense, Ignore if u don't Care about daFans #RaiderNation Retweeted by Terrelle Pryor
Justin Ebright @justin_Ebright 33m @terrellepryor Right on TP, Go out and impress the brass this offseason and light it up. We need a leader, make that you. #Raidersnation
So, the young and hungry movement continues in Oakland, and hopefully they can step up to it. We shall see what transpires this afternoon, in any case, the change in Oakland's guard is still underway.

Ryan Mathews interview this morning. "so Ryan what can you do about injuries?" Ryan. " Take less hits and don't go for that extra yard" Same thing he said about his fumbling. "Ryan what was wrong with the Chargers last year?" Ryan. " We were complacent in the locker room. Thought we were owed wins" THAT WILL go over well with his team mates. Who elected Ryan to speak for all the players? Not hi jacking your thread just adding to the AFC west talk.

He's taking the DMC approach to not getting injured then... Hated seeing DMC not fighting for extra yards or taking the hard hits last year.

I will be shocked if the Raiders gave up a lot to get him. Last year he was suppose to be a big name qb on the open market, and the only teams that showed interest where Miami and Seattle, and Miami never really wanted him. I guess its a slightly different market at this point, but imo you would get simular results from Kevin Kolb, and wouldnt have to give up anything to get him.

Flynn is Reggie's guy... I hate the idea of trading picks for him unless we can some how come up with more now to replace those lost. Cardinals "might" trade for Palmer... But even if the offer is there I doubt Palmer will go and he'll probably sit out again.

Palmer is a cry baby, they should not trade for Flynn, but instead trade Palmer for whatever they can get. Then trade up to #1 and get Geno Smith... Oh yeah, trade Pryor too. The fact that they would go for Flynn means they dont believe in him.

Raiders shouldnt need to trade up for Geno. And yes Jancey, Im gonna say it....i think Wilson would fit their offense better than Geno. Geno is a spread guy.
