Lane Johnson isn't a reach at #11. Combine his starting season at LT last year, with his performance at the Senior Bowl and the Combine, he is worthy of a top-15 draft pick. Still the Chargers need him and as much as OL help as they can get.
If I met A.J. Smith and Norv Turner in real life, I'd give them the finger.

He wasn't a great player, during the season, however.
I think hes the right pick, but there are question marks with him. He, however, cannot be worse than Jared Gaither

Kyle Long for the Colts? In the 1st? Blehhhh.... Amerson shouldn't be going in the 1st... Carradine isn't far off a 1st round pick, but I doubt he's picked in the 1st.... I think the Eagles take Milliner if he's there at 4...don't think OT is their biggest need. Peters will be back.

OL is not Phillys biggest need. They have probowl caliber Starters in every slot but RG. Their biggest need is CB. Milliner is the safest pick, but it looks like Geno Smith will be an Eagle barring Jaxonville taking him at 2. I along with Jaworski and many in the Philly media do not think holding a private workout with Geno was a smokescreen. Hes a perfect fit for chippers offense.

Responding to all:
I really do see bust potential over Geno Smith. He may prove me wrong, for his career, I hope he does. His decision making hasn't really improved and it's really terrible. That, coupled with his urge to hold onto the ball WAY too long may be a recipe for disaster.
After signing Cary Williams, for way too much, I really think that O-Line has to be the pick. Todd Herremans has almost gotten Vick killed on several occasions and is better suited for guard. Jason Peters has always been sluggish at times and draws a great deal of penalties. Even you envision him as the LT, Fisher could step on Dog Killer's blindside and do an excellent job.
I view it as a smokescreen based on Chip's seeming admiration of EJ Manuel who has high upside and fits the offense just as well, if not better.

I would of been more interested if the pictures were bigger and and of the player themselves not the player's logo.
Also don't think the Patriots will go CB in the 1st. If they resign Talib then should be fine. They still have Dowling to try out and see if he is any good
Lastly, say Eiffert lasted until the 29th pick. Would you take him for the Pats? No one agrees with me but the 5 TE set would be unstoppable!

I think Talib is gone. It's not as if he played spectacularly for them, someone will pay him more than they want. Bill has always been confident in what he can do in the draft. Amerson is a HUGE reach, I understand that, but it's following how Bill has been drafting and it made sense to me; not the most rational move, but a Patriots one. Rather, over-drafting for someone that fits the system.
Eifert would NOT go to the Patriots, in any circumstance.

I think Talib's impact is bigger than just stats. From the games I watched (not as many this year due to crappy no HD online streaming) the Patriots were more agressive and created more 3 and outs, TOs, etc when they had Talib. They had more confidence in his ability to cover a WR 1 on 1 so they could do some stuff they couldn't do with the corners they previously had. Perfect example was the AFC Championship game. 1st quarter the Patriots didn't let the Ravens advance the ball very far, couldn't score on a short field but the D held the Ravens. When Talib went down, it just looked like a different D was out there playing.
*sees a disbeliever in 5 TE formation*
SHUNNED! Pats will draft Eiffert and Ertz and will make the 5 TE formation the most prolific offense in history
