Jeff, he's been doing great actually. He has been the back that has been running with the 2nd team offense where as Goodson has been working with the 3rd. So that would me that he is in line to be the direct replacement for DMC is he gets hurt. I'm also thinking that will mean he will take on the same role rock cartwright had last year and will be coming in a lot on 3rd down, leaving the short yard plays for Goodson

word is rookie jack crawford is turning some heads in camp. the guy should of been a 3rd or 4th round pick, so this could be a big steal if hes a future starter or just rotation time You know, Crawford is making a lot of news. I hope he does good, because he will open the door to alot of other european prospects, been a few years since they were last making waves in the nfl. Crawford has all the makings of a starter. BTW great article on Crawford's day 3 blog.sfgate.com/raiders/2012/08/01/jack-crawford-day-3-star/How's Juron Criner doing? He's my most underrated WR from the 2012 draft class. He is a bit behind actually because of the mini-holdout with the contract issue. But he looked a lot better yesterday compared to the day before. The day before belonged to Streeter. For the lack of picks and cap room we have had. I'm very impressed with what I am seeing out of my Raiders. I see four rookies that will be putting in time this year. And I also expect Henry to do the same at DB, he's a good kid with a lot of fire. While I do expect Criner to be our #3 at this point i expect Streeter to get a lot of time too. We also have quite a few young CB/DB's outside of Henry, though i havent hear much out of them yet. I will be listening though. One thing is clear, from the top rated player on the team down to the rookie with the least amount of experience, when they talk on twitter about where we are going and what Reggie has done for the team its all good. The culture change is surprising and I'm hoping that this year it translates into success in the conditioning and maturity level. That way we do not have the injuries from being out of shape and we do not have the needless penalties. ah i see. didnt know crawford was a Europe prospect. maybe thats why he wasnt drafted as high. should be helpful for the raiders maybe then, but i guess wont be a starter just yet
