The premise is this: NFL teams have a time machine and the draft starts over knowing what we know as of this moment. That means that teams know what's going to happen this season with their current players. E.G. The Jets know what happens with Sanchez and Tebow.
However, this is based partially on team needs as of april 2012. Their needs now (e.g. ray lewis retiring in Baltimore) are not taken into account.
Notable moments:
Teams won't trade away high picks because they're guarantees.
Colts stick with Luck
Rams don't give up RGIII
Browns win the lottery at QB
Bucs, Skins switch star RBs
Tannehill heads to KC
Richardson falls to the Jets
DeCastro goes higher with a second chance
Ravens don't get a first round pick, still won super bowl
