Why do you think Smith is overrated? Just seeing if we're on the same page 1) Hasn't proven he can play against good competition 2) I feel like he tries to force too many throws into tight coverage 3) I question his leadership 4) He has a hard time going through all his reads, from what I have seen. If his first option wasn't open, he didn't look around for other receivers who might have been open. This kind of ties in with #2. I can agree with those And, I saw that he tries a lot of short passes and when he tries a pass a little more deep he struggles to complete it, but I'm not sure, I've seen only two West Virginia games, I don't know how he went on the other games

Eh. I could see Jordan being an OLB if he went to a 3-4. If he gets drafted for a 4-3 though, he's a DE all the way. And yeah, Wilson IMO is certainly better than 3-5, and I think Geno and Barkley are overrated. Wilson probably would have been a top 5 pick if Petrino had stayed at Arkansas. Just because Arky had a shit coach this year who was a terrible play caller shouldn't slight anybody's view of Wilson. The guy has everything you look for in a QB. Also had only 1 legit WR...Gragg played in 5 games this year, 3 full games, and he was Arky's #2 WR. Sad. Not to mention the beyond sucky OLine...but Landry Jones? Really?

I've always liked Mayock. He's always been my favorite analyst. He actually goes and watches all the tape and I respect his opinion, but I'm just very very surprised that Wilson isn't even top 5.

So Wilson is 7th? 8th? Lol, ok. I like him much more than Jones and Nassib as NFL prospects. Scouts seem to be really down on Wilson's arm strength. Honestly, I'd be all for the Giants taking Wilson in the 5th to 7th round range as the backup since David Carr won't be coming back most likely.

Aslong as he's not ranked lower than Mike Glennon, then I'm fine.

Meh, we've been spoiled by the 2012 QB class. While none of these guys might become top caliber NFL passers, some of them have the tools and intangibles to be above average. They need a lot of work and probably a year or two holding the clipboard though.
