Nah I kind of jumped around there, it's Tracey Porter, so our DB's will be playing back at full. Wiznewski has been great considering. He's had trouble run blocking, but that's not a fair assessment because he's only played in Knapp's poor ZBS scheme. He's been hurt most of this year.
Yeah Bell has been a major part of the turn around. Ben is a great QB but he needs the RB's to help out, when Pitt has both going well, that's when they make their deep playoff runs. When they have no answer, they tend to slide. Well they did have success with Mendenhall in the past lol Aye, they did. But Mendy much like Dmac was injured way too much.

This team is tryin out every way to lose. And looking like masters at all of them.
At some point this team isn't a good team having bad luck, but just a bad team.
I think we are at that point.

I mean there's a little bit of bad luck, I mean how does Suisham who has been very accurate the past two seasons just miss 2 easy chip shots? The pressure in that stadium is just insane.. Uhg I said it before and I'll say it again I hate playing in Oakland. DeCastro, Foster, and Abdullah all suffered injuries on the OL. DeCastro might be out for an extended time depending on his MRI. It's made very apparent what the Steelers needs are, they absolutely need a LT, CB, ILB and a physical reliable WR. LeBeau simply do not trust our CBs to play anything other than 15 yard cushions, I don't know if it's actually the CBs or the fact that Clark isn't what he is use to and Thomas is still a rookie but something has to be fixed, if the DBs can't play physical on the WRs then they are going to allow easy catches. Vince Williams is simply not a starting capable linebacker, and has been part of the problem against the run and the pass forcing Polamalu to play ILB. Our WRs are soft, they simply can not hold on to the ball in clutch plays. And for what ever damn reason all of our OCs have a fascination with screen passes, it would be one thing if they could execute them, but it doesn't help that our WRs are incapable of blocking for the ball carrier. There is a complete disconnect between Sanders and Ben, with at lest 3 failed passes because someone didn't run the play correctly. The sooner Wheaton gets back and passes Sanders the better, but we still need a bigger WR that fights for the ball.

That stuff with Suisham, that had to be Al's ghost knocking them over as he kicked, cause I can't explain why he'd miss two in a row, unless he was hurt in some form.
The line should be top priority for you guys now. The main reason I feel the Steelers lost (outside of the missed kicks) is the fact that the running game couldn't get established. Our front has been aggressive this year, but really it's more to do with the line on your side of the ball.
In any case I'd expect Tomlin to pay extra attention the the special teams players this week, Suisham just landed himself on the hot seat in the worst way.

No way sushi is on the hot seat. He has been good for us.
Now the punter... If he isn't cut tomorrow I'll be so mad. His punts are awful and it is suspected his bad holds are why sushi missed the 2 field goals, although sushi won't come out and say that obviously.

Nah Suisham will stick around as long as this doesn't become a trend, and the special teams has been fairly solid. The OL had 3 players go down this week, but it's still not where it's suppose to be. The Steelers need to work on getting pressure and stopping the run and stop giving such cushion in coverage, finally they got a few turnovers. Offensivly they obviously have to get better blocking, but the WRs have been severely lacking, Sanders can't seem to get on the same page with Ben. They don't block on screen passes, they can't hold on to tough passes.
