Not the most exciting pick but at least it wasn't Shurmer. The offense so bad last year until the 4th quarters which we ranked 27th in the league.

I'm once again just going to take a wait n approach to this. I mean, it's bee 14 years since his horrible stunt in Tampa Bay... perhaps he's learned a lot since then and more qualified for the job then he was in the past. Who knows, but look at it like this. If the team suffers again, it's a sure lock the entire staff will be wiped clean by Gettleman, so at the worst, we'll only have to deal with this for a year.

I think Jackson was more qualified but I don't think not changing anything was a terrible move either. During his time in Tampa he had no offensive weapons save Mike Alstot so I don't know how much I would hold the numbers for that offense against him.
