I love Chinese, that is the majority of what I eat when I go out to eat. Does anyone else have a Hu Hot where they live? That is delicious.
I have never heard of Mellow Mushrooms.
Little Caeser's is my favorite pizza place. It is amazing and cheap. Best pizza around except for Pizza Hut but their pizza comes at 3x the price and usually an hour long wait time.
I don't understand the hate on McDonalds. I don't know anyone who doesn't think it tastes good. To me it tastes better than any other fast food spot except for Hardees which is more expensive.
Subway to me is a thousand times tastier than cold cuts at home. All of their ingredients is so much better quality than what I can buy at a grocery store. Plus since I very rarely eat sandwiches, keeping sandwich bread around is less than ideal because it would good bad before I'd have too much of it. I've always thought of it as a really good place to go when you have a group of you hanging out all with rather different tastes.

Deadlymirage, I love the Big Mac. Or loved it in my teens. But at 52 (?) grams of fat, and 3 slices of empty carbos, I just say no. Most fast foods are carbo and unhealthy fat loaded.
I can only imagine that's why Subway is successful. I doubt the reason they taste better is quality ingredients. And they are low calorie cuz they put very little in them. A stroke of marketing genius. lol IDK where you live. But in a big city with many huge supermarket chains, you will find expensive or lean deli items which I seriously doubt Subway uses. I rarely make sandwiches either. So I might buy 1 roll at a time for like 60 cents.

We have 3 different chains that are viable for getting groceries within half an hour of a drive. I'm also very much underweight and on a low protein diet (I have bad kidneys), so fat and calories don't bother me any. I pour oil onto everything I eat because otherwise I am short on calories. So my problem is usually not getting enough calories.

This whole debate going on right now about how none of the 8 new coaching hires were minorities is bullshit. And when I say it's bullshit, I mean these people should shut the fuck up about race being a factor in it.
I'm reaching my fucking limit to this "let's make this about the color of someone's skin" in regards to EVERYTHING. Goddamn, why is this brought up every fucking year? A black QB gets questioned about his ability to be an NFL QB and the first thing that's jumped to is "it's just b/c he's black". A black coach gets passed on being hired to coach... "it's b/c he's black". An article on NFL.com mentions how no new head coaching hire for next year is African American and they have now gone from 5 to 3 in the NFL (Leslie Frazier, Mike Tomlin, and Marvin Lewis). And here's the kicker.... they only focus on the AA coaches and intentionally leave out the other minorities such as Ron Rivera. Is Ron Rivera being Hispanic not enough to qualify him as being a minority HC in these discussions, or are the only ones worth stirring the fire over are African Americans? And they're even saying the same thing about the front office hires and how all of the new front office hires are white.
It's really quite simple, Mr. Greg Rosenthall... it simply comes down to who the owners feel are more qualified to do the job and who fits better with the team and their plans moving forward. Trestman was hired by Chicago to help out Cutler and obviously among other things. Mike McCoy was brought in to help out Rivers and obviously among other things. There is a reason all the new hires were brought in and it had absolutely jack shit to do with the color of their skin! The owners believed they fit the goals of the team best compared to the other candidates. THAT'S IT!! In that same article, Rosenthall brings up the Rooney rule and says "perhaps more needs to be done." LIKE WHAT, ROSENTHALL! LET'S HEAR IT!!
Oh............... wait a minute.......... I have a GREAT fucking idea to solve this issue, Rosie! WE'LL HAVE A DRAWING!!
Each year, they bring in one of those lottery machines and have a "Coach Drawing". For example, The League will hold a private meeting with every owner who's team has a current HC vacancy. No HC vacancy is allowed to be filled before this drawing takes place, unless one becomes vacant during the season, in which the team will be allowed to appoint an interim HC for the remainder of the season (further stipulations will be detailed below). Each team will have a ball with their name written on it. The number of balls to be drawn will vary based on how many teams are participating:
1 - 5 teams: 1 ball
6 - 8 teams: 2 balls
9 - 11 teams: 3 balls
12+ teams: 4 balls
A ball is selected at random and whichever team's name is on the chosen ball will be given the instruction that they can ONLY hire a MINORITY to fill their Head Coaching spot for their team. No Whites allowed. Only Minorities. Once the drawing(s) has commenced, all remaining teams who's names weren't drawn will be free to hire whomever they see fit, regardless of their race, but will be required still to follow the Rooney Law during the interview process. And to make it so teams won't wait until AFTER the drawing takes place to fire their HC to avoid participating in the drawing, a "fire deadline" shall be established. This means, any team on the fence about firing their current head coach must do so before this deadline, otherwise they must retain the current coach throughout the offseason and preseason and will not be allowed to fire the coach until after week 4 of the upcoming regular season. Any team who fires their HC during the regular season shall appoint an interim HC to finish out the regular season; but that team must still enter as a participant in the Coach Drawing at the end of that season and the appointed interim HC will step back and resume his roles at his previous position. (This applies to any reason why a HC spot is vacated after the drawing is held --- HC retires, "pulls a Saban" and runs back to college, passes away, etc., etc.)
This drawing will continue to take place every year until a ratio equal to or greater than 1 minority HC for every 3 white HC's is achieved (10 or more minority HC's employed at the same time). Once that ratio is achieved, and so long as it remains, the drawing will be suspended. If at any point in time the ratio falls below what is required, the drawing shall be reinstated until the required ratio is once again achieved. And to make things fair for the Front Office gentlemen, a "GM Drawing" will be held as well for teams with vacancies at the GM position using the same rules and stipulations set forth in the "Coach Drawing".
Is that what you want to see, Rosie?! Would that fix the so called "problem"?! Because that's about the only thing left to do to fix this imaginary, media created "injustice". There is no injustice when you have minority head coaches winning SB's and operating as GM's.

So my problem is usually not getting enough calories. Wow!! Living in NYC, Chicago, Seattle and Philly, never had to drive more than 1/2 hour to cover at least a couple million people. I know you possibly don't feel this way, but I along with most people would love to be in the predicament of not enough calories. lol My BF also has bad kidneys and for an unrelated reason, eats a lot of ice cream to up his weight.

lol @ bigd51. It is absolutely ridiculous that there is much if any race discrimination in the field of most US sports. It's about winning and whoever any team deems most likely to help them win gets the big contracts. Can you even name me one recent RB who ain't black aside from Hillis who was good at one short time?

and if teams like the bengals, vikings and panthers were to suck so bad next year, where all of there headcoaches were to be fired, nobody would even mention the fact of the reason maybe why it happened was because of bad years. everyone would say "oh no they got fired because they are black."
people were saying the reason ray horton didnt get a coaching job was because of the same thing.
to even talk about this conversation is stupid. i dont see people talking about that in baseball when a manager gets fired

ive been to a mellow mushrooms joint in gatlinburgh, tennessee. didnt care for it that much, because the wait was too long. it was interesting that they took the time they share some history with us. but there were better pizza joints that ive been too mexican food is something i also love alot. take me to any mexican joint and ill be happy. also like to eat at dragon china. usually its a carry out restaurant though, but i get good deals for it with a special card i got for some local restaurants in the area and when it comes to pizza, ill take little ceasers over anything anyday. not saying it tastes the best, but 10 bucks for 2 pizzas is the best thing you can get. i get a free crazy bread everytime i buy 2 pizzas anyway, so its a better deal for me and anybody else on gamedays. but we got like 3 other pizza areas where i live, so it gets annoying. not a single breakfast joint besides mcdonalds and subway. oh and one more thing. ive probably never drank a cup of coffee in my entire life. ok thats a lie, maybe a sip but never drank a whole thing. seriously, how can anybody like coffee? thats one other thing i cannot stand. i know im gonna get some feedback for this maybe.... Well 1st of all, Little Ceaser's down here just isn't good...and a pizza at Pizza Hutt is twice the price but down here it's almost twice the size and tastes 10x better..Oh I forgot Hardee's! I LOVE Hardee's! Best breakfast place, and their sandwiches are so good...but they're known for their breakfast, which is really good. I hadn't drank much coffee before a year ago...I didn't like the smell and I'd sipped some before and I didn't really like it. I don't drink it plain...I like it with cream and sugar though...still don't love it. I love coffee when it's mixed in with something...like a mocha, frappe, cappucino, etc...the other day, I mixed in a hot chocolate packet in my coffee that had sugar and creamer in it...it was so good...I would drink it more often (cause I can get free coffee at the gas station down the road) but I don't want to get hooked on it...I know a lot of people who've gotten addicted and have to have it in the morning, or they'll get a headache or something id they don't have it...I don't want to get to that point where I have to have the caffeine, so I just drink a cup every now and then...and starbuck's once a month or so...I would drink that a little more often if it wasn't so pricey... pizza is pizza. it all tastes the same. the only difference for pizza hut is they fill there crust with cheese little ceasers doesnt have thick pizza, but if your trying to feed 4 people, are you gonna go with 1 pizza hut pizza, or 2 regular size little ceasers pizza. 2 or 1? 2 or 1? i think ill take 2. lol my mindset has always been the same when it comes to food value > quality
