Well, we have a ton more needs than RT. Bell can suffice for a while.
I think we should take a guard before a RT.

I think the focus should be helping Cam for this year, and then build around that.
Cam is slowly getting offense help, but he needs to come back strong, and one way is by protecting him.

Needs on OL: LT > LG/RG > RT
Our interior OL is much worse in pass protection than Bell.

Gross can go another year or two. IF he gets released this offseason, I see CAR going LT EARLY. If he doesn't, I think CAR spends their picks on areas of need NOW.

Well RT isn't on the top of the list. UT, NT, WR, LT, OG, WR, FS, SS, and CB (if we cut Gamble) are all more important than RT.

Well, I gave you Richardson in the 1st.
I can see a CB in the 2nd, but there was no one worth taking for CAR, IMO. And WR can easily wait. You may not like the WR talent behind Smith, but CAR does (Gettis, LaFell, Adams).
I can also see a S, but again, no one worth taking. And Fluker is a bargain there based on big boards.

Gettis and Adams averaged SEVEN SNAPS A GAME at WR last season!
I like Gettis more than the Panthers do!
Adams, not so much.

I can't help it he has sucked thus far in his career.

I should rephrase that:
CAR is not going to give up on their WR core yet, at least not with an early pick of a WR
