He's not, exactly, a team leader, for the NBA. Good shooter, doesn't have the best floor vision. Good player, but Smart will be the impact starter Burke probably won't be. As you know, good college players don't always make good pros. Right now, Trey Burke is NOT a pro-ready point-guard, Smart is. Burke can get there, but there is no way he is a better prospect than Smart and probably Carter-Williams. Since CJ is more of a 2, Burke has to be the third best prospect, right now. Plus, I take Chad Ford's projections, like most ESPN projections, with a grain of salt; they have odd ways of ranking players. My own issue with the rankings is the shooting guards, after Oladipo. Gary Harris needs more love, as does Caldwell I've watched every game of Burke's career. He is most definitely a leader. May not be the most vocal guy out there, but he leads by example. How can you say he doesn't have floor vision? There is a reason Michigan commits the least amount of turnovers per game in the country. It's because of Burke always finding the open man/open lane. Burke's assist to turnover ratio is second to none and is better than both Smart's and MCWs' by a mile. He is definitely pro ready. His explosiveness combined with his good decision making and shot making (among other things) makes him arguably the best PG prospect. There isn't "no way" Burke is a better prospect than Smart, although I do agree with you Smart is a better prospect. So I will concede Smart > Burke as a pro prospect. Although, Burke is definitely a better prospect than MCW and I am ready to argue this. Also - I agree Gary Harris needs more love, I think he's announced he's returning to MSU though.

GR3 too high IMO. He has enormous potential but honestly, he really didn't show me anything this year that he is worthy of a top 15, top 20 pick. (where he is projected)
Also think Zeller is too high, but that is a flimsy opinion that I don't have much to back it on. Just watching him, it seems like whenever someone is really physical with him, he just folds. He is pretty soft IMO.

Not a fan of the PFs and Cs minus Noel and Len. Everyone else is eh.

I wouldn't fault GR3 for leaving, he does have sky-high potential and he very well could turn into a solid 3. But the part I bolded is the only reason he is projected in the first round IMO. I really think he could benefit from staying another year and keep developing his game, much like Burke did.

Alex Len is not ready to contribute in the NBA but he has a world of potential. He still needs to put on a lot of weight but he has shown he can because last year he was real small.
JMM will be a mix between a SF and a PF in the nba. He should have left after his freshamn year. His stock wont be that high again.

Like I said, I wouldn't fault him for leaving and would respect his decision if he did.
There is a selfish side of me that really wants him to come back though, haha. He would be a MONSTER next year if he stays and develops as expected.

GR3 reminds me of Rudy Gay, except GR3 has a higher bball IQ. That's his potential, and that is scary. Gay could be DOMINANT if he didn't take stupid shots all the time and actually hustled.
